I've never tried Nutella. As for PB&J, love 'em but with a lot of PB and a little bit of jelly and it has to be smoothed out, can't eat a chunk of jelly.

I know you said your ankle, but considering the work you did at Kroger for so many years this may be a cause, check out the link. http://www.plantar-fasciitis.org/

ACKKKKK!! Mei Lan, why did you do that to me? That number wigs me out, so I guess it's good that I didn't see it before going in. The food really was good and fresh. Normally I would steer clear based on the number alone, but considering the quality of our meal last night and the fact no one has gotten sick, I would go back. They really need to work on improving that score, however.

Okay, I have to share. As I said in my post above, we go out on Wednesdays. Well we went to this place called Bay Leaf Cafe, it's a Mediterranean place in the Kroger shopping center on Hwy 92 up near Cedarcrest. This place was very good, moderately priced and the food was very fresh and did not taste at all if it has ever been frozen. The owner was very friendly and came to check on us and we enjoyed chatting with him. We will certainly go back. Oh, I had their chicken kabobs with tatziki sauce, it was wonderful. Hubby had Spicy Adanas and DD had their chicken carmen, they bothreally like

I don't know yet, we are going out somewhere. Wednesdays is our eat out night.

I like JCP, don't shop there very much, but when I do it is a pleasant experience. It's not overcrowded, the prices are fair and I don't mind if they offer coupons or not. Walmart doesn't offer coupons and I still shop there. Granted they accept manufacturer coupons and that saves a bit, but if you find a place you like with quality product, why would you not shop there? That old expression, "you get what you pay for" still applies these days.

Yep, that sums up Tybee to a tee. Now, where in Savannah did you grow up? I'm from Pooler, went to Groves HS.

One less monster out there to hurt children. I am glad to hear the investigators and the grand jury not only followed the law, but used some common sense and didn't try to find some loop hole to charge the father.

Most of them just ignore the list when they buy their list of phone numbers. The place I used to work for did that, we as marketers had no idea who was on the DNC list until the "customer" told us. Management would simply remove that bit of info. before giving us the numbers to call.

I'll admit that years ago I was just like some of the cashiers y'all are talking about. Let me tell you, the first time I gave a customer that blank look because I didn't know the right amount to give back, I was so embarrassed that I made sure to learn how to count back change. Since then, when a cashier has gotten confused with the money, I go over my quick method for counting back. It's funny because some of them will get that " Oh, that's so simple" look. As for those who give back extra, Kudos to you, honesty is the best policy. I give it back too and if I'm shortchanged I let them know t

Prayers for this family.

Check the Georgia Landlord Tenant Handbook, it's online. He will have to go through the court to file for eviction, but I'm pretty sure he has give her 60 days notice to leave, she only has to give 30 days notice, this is without eviction. However, if he files for eviction, sometimes it can only take 7 days to force someone out. My suggestion though is to check that handbook... and renters, always always know the laws behind your agreements, it can save you a lot of frustration in the future.

Two young girls dead in Dallas subdivision drowning

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends. This is just so sad. -
In my house, we happily pay Union dues and voluntarily.
-
We are very Pro-union in our household. Yes, it's true that some Unions have gotten too big for their britches, but in our experience, Local 72 has been wonderful. The benefits are good, not over the top like some auto workers union. The workers are very well educated in their fields because Local 72 Union sees to it that said workers are properly trained and receive ongoing training throughout their careers.

I get gas from the Kroger on Ridge and if I use the pump on the far end, near the Pizza Hut, it will be painlessly slow. Every time.

Probably nothing, they always park there. They NEVER park in a parking space.

Do you mean the RR tracks or the tunnel?
-
That would be awesome if you could give me the mile marker. I would love to take my DD there for pics in front of that tunnel. As far as RR tracks, it probably is illegal, not sure though. Either way, you won't find me walking on or near tracks if I can help it. I knew a guy in high school who died on the tracks as well as my great-grandfather. Two other people I knew, gone now, were injured in car accidents crossing the tracks. Both suffered head trauma and were never the same mentally. They lived out their natural lives, however. So... no walking on RR tracks for this girl.

There is also an old Coca Cola sign in downtown Hiram. I guess they let people photograph there, they used to. smb90, those last twp pics are lovely and I need to get out more and find some of these places.

I'm in LOVE with a gay goth soprano opera singer!
raclay replied to Blondiega1's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Holy WOW!! He is amazing, cute too. He will certainly go far with a beautiful voice like his. I only watched the one video, with him singing, how do you know he's gay Blondie? I don't have gaydar, so I can never tell. -
I just got a Nixle text stating that Nebo and H61 is completely shut down until the truck is up righted. Maybe this means the tow trucks are there and are in the process of doing this now.

I would like to know how to secure mine.
