I think a big part of it has to do with the fact that it was very unexpected AND no one knows (yet) what he passed away from. If you recall, it was the same way with both Michael Jackson and Anna Nicole Smith. Robin Williams too, but that was mainly because of the shock that he had committed suicide. Merle was sick (and a good bit older) and Bowie's family came out straight away and said that he had passed and from what. Since no one knows yet what was the COD with Prince, it has been held onto by the media.

I think it was an attempt at humor, but unless you heard the commentators earlier in the broadcast - you wouldn't get the joke. Anderson Cooper's group was talking about how a lot of the analysts initially thought that he was only popular with those who had no higher than a high school education (the "poorly educated") and that they were surprised to learn that a lot of educated people (meaning those with college degrees) were supporting him too.

Is he just using NetFlix now or does he have another service? If he just has NetFlix - the shows don't need to be recorded - they are always there to pick up whenever you want. If he wants to see them on his television, he needs a television with a USB port or a smart tv. If the tv is smart - NetFlix will most likely be on there already and he just logs in. If it isn't a smart tv, then he can buy a Blu-Ray or Roku, or whatever, and it will have NetFlix on there.

I saw one comment that said he was like right on the line for the search area (the perimeter) and that a searcher basically walked right up to him once they expanded to the new search area. The grandmother was supposedly assisting the little girl and when she looked up the two year old was gone. It's a very strange case.
