The airport had planes registered there that were paying taxes before the tornado, they were all destroyed but luckily insured. Not only that we are recovering sewer there. Much of our prime sewer and water in the county went to homes that are worth about a 1/4 of what they were. The rest of it went to retail. We have the opportunity to put some better businesses along this much needed stretch of road. The road had been planned a while ago, before the housing market failed. The land had gone back to the bank and was never developed. Many larger businesses absolutely must have sewer to operate.

But you have issue with someone's experience in the industry being part of making it a success. There is definitely going to have to be money spent out there.
