The first year DH and I were married we decided to take the easy way out and order the Thanksgiving dinner from Winn Dixie. I placed the order a week or so in advance and the night before Thanksgiving picked it up at the store. When I got it home and I opened every thing up the "turkey" was sliced turkey from the Deli!!! I was horrified. I called the manager and explained the problem. Of course, all the turkeys in the store were frozen and there was no way we would have one for dinner the following day. Tonight we are having: Crockpot Cheesey Potato Soup Leftover Dreamland Ribs (Thanks to Alabama beating LSU and DH winning a bet with his boss from NOLA!!!) Cheese Biscuits (Paula Deen's recipe) Cornbread (A backup just in case the biscuits don't turn out. LOL)

I would follow up with corporate and tell them their pawn did as instructed, BUT! No solution to your problem was offered and there would not be a "next time". And quote your statement above. Won't make any difference and not that they care but they will know that is at least one less customer they have to worry about.
