From what I have seen on the news, the Judge was basically making a statement about the practices exercised by the mortgage company and them having failed to work with the couple. The mortgage company is appealing the Judge's ruling and will win. But, it buys the couple more time.

:clapping: We looked at Garden Ridge last night but the 3' were $49.99 each and the 4' were $69.99 each. The 4' are the ones DH had at his store this AM for $19.99. I am glad she got them - she had better luck than DS and DD at Wally World.

We were commenting on all the people we did see here in GA last night that were wearing shorts and flip flops!!!! CRAZY!!! I used to do the Black Friday shopping with DD and we loved it! Great quality mother/daughter time. But, I haven't been in the last 2-3 yrs and now it is not an option. But, DD and DS did go to Wally World at Chastain to get the laptop - they got there at 2:45 but all the vouchers were given out. DD was the first person in line without a voucher so she stood there until they were all claimed and left empty handed.

I missed out on ordering one of those. I saw the post on the Apple Butter but not the pies. DH would love to have one of those. I'll try to keep an eye out for when she bakes them again. Or does she bake them any time by order or just the Holidays??

DH just told me the laptop deal was available online tonight but has sold out. Yeah, Best Buy is notorious for not having in stock what they advertise. That is what DD was saying as we passed by.

We drove past Best Buys in Hiram about 9:15 this evening and there were probably a half dozen tents set up on the sidewalk with people camping out before the store opens tomorrow at 5:00AM. I am sorry, but there is nothing in that store worth camping out for!!! On the other hand, my children are heading out at 3:00AM tomorrow - it is their brother/sister annual outing.

ME TOO!!! It will be devastating for Ashley, but the truth needs to come out. There have been a couple of times I thought Adam was going to be a man and actually tell Sharon the truth. Me too. Back in the last 70's or early 80's I remember coming home from my grandparents in Chambers Co, AL and there was a local K-Mart style store that was open in Oxford, AL. We stopped and they had some great specials but it was such a rarity for something to be open on Thanksgiving it made a lasting impression. Is Wally World open today?

I agree 110%! As Kathy Lee Gifford said on the Today show, he is TOO talent to resort to those type of antics, it will only hurt him.
