DITTO!!!! They certainly are GRAND!! I was excited when DD was pregnant with her first one - BUT! From the moment she told me she was pregnant with the second one I was SOOOOOO excited - I KNEW what I was in for that time and could hardly wait. She often said she thought I was more excited than she was. I never dreamed I could love another child as much as my own - but I was proven wrong - TWICE!!! CONGRATULATIONS!! All those emotions you are feeling are normal. And, I have to add I worried more with DD's first pregnancy than I ever did with my own. Just the Momma in us.

I am waiting on UPS to run right now. ALL the snuggies and the Tennessee and Alabama Tailgate throws will be here later today. The Auburn, UGA, FSU and Florida Tailgate throws are scheduled to be shipped on Monday. I will have extras of the Alabama, Auburn, UGA, FSU and Florida Tailgate throws being shipped on Monday available, if anyone needs one.

AMEN!!! We were at the hospital several times a day during visitation but were seldom able to hold him. It would take so much energy from him to be held that he would lose weight just from being held. The alarm clock would go off at 6:00AM and I was on the phone with Baptist hospital by 6:05 to get his weight check everyday. Every ounce was a milestone! Someone said to me one time, "all he needs to do is gain a little weight." My response was, "NO, he is struggling for every breath!!!" One baby in NICU with him did not make it and it was very sad for all of us because we became close friends t

I was wondering the same thing. DS was born at 31 weeks (nine weeks early) and was 3 lbs. But, there were several babies in the NICU with him that were that small. Some developed CP and other developmental problems but others were completely healthy with no lasting effects from the low birth weight. I hope their baby will be one of the latter.

The Live Nativity is always so much fun and a wonderful family outing. Unfortunately, we are going to miss it this year as we have two parties to attend, one in Buckhead and one in Alpharetta - we will be on the other side of the world. The Dallas Merchants Association works hard to put on this event and I hope everyone takes advantage of the opportunity!
