The numbers are always deceiving. There are MANY realtors, musicians, etc, etc who are not working but do not qualify to for unemployment or to be counted in the unemployment numbers.

LOVE THEM!!! My favorite brand tho is the Wise Cheez Doodles Crunchy in the blue bag. YUMMMMM.....keep a bag beside my chair and am munching on them now. The only place I can find them tho is at Food Lion. So when we are in the area of one I buy several bags since there is not a FL close by.

The Kroger Pharmacist told us K-Mart just signed a new 20 yr lease. It is surprising that the store has survived but we shop there often as DH refuses to shop across the street. But, since Brian left as manager to go to the Mableton K-Mart the Hiram store has gone down hill. What made no sense to me was the Sears Appliance store opening up where the video store had been - when K-Mart sells Sears Appliances??

DH and I are always in the market for a GOOD breakfast/buffet on Thursday that doesn't stop serving at 10:00. But, don't know how many others would be interested. I agree with the others that you need something to get attention to your business. Most people would not know you were there if it weren't for P.com. We have friends that live in Allatoona Bay and they had to drive around and search for you after I told them about ya. Just sayin. GOOD LUCK~Hope you can find the magic combination to survive this troubled economy.

I strongly encourage everyone to have a Scentsy Party. I LOVE the product and when I had my party I received $210 in free and half price products for only $70!! Can't beat that deal anywhere!!

There is also a restaurant attached to Bass Pro that is very good and reasonable. (I know you didn't ask about eating places, but.......) Broadway at the Beach is fun but it is going to be COLD. There is a similar one on the North end but the name escapes me now. They do have several entertaining museums like Ripleys. There are always lots of great coupon books and I would pick up a few as well as the tourist books for ideas and deals.

I know. It is really sticking to the ground/roads already.

Do you add anything with the pork roast in the crock pot? When I've cooked a pork roast I didn't have enough juice to make dumplings or at least I don't think. After the dumplings are done you add milk and the roast back with the dumplings? I have a pork loin roast in the freezer and this sounds really good and something different from how I usually cook it. THANKS for sharing!!
