  1. I wonder the same thing. Like, what do the last women he dated have to say? co-workers? I have a sense that he just hid away all of that from everyone... which is too bad. Someone may have been able to help him, if he had just asked for help.
  2. You don't really mean that. Do you? I absolutely think more parents should be parenting, saying no, correcting behavior, etc., etc. -- but *dragging* a child by their harness/leash through a store??? Um, NO. That's wrong.
  3. Because she acted like an emotionally & mentally inept, out of control parent?
  4. His blog is online, in text.... so sad, and chilling. http://abcnews.go.com/US/story?id=8258001&page=1
  5. I wish he would have sought help. He obviously has major issues. Horrible.
  6. I feel the same way. I think it's inexcusable on the part of the parent. Period.
  7. In my opinion, it is at least worthy of a misdemeanor! DAMN straight. This is inexcusable behavior on the part of this woman. Period. She should be held accountable. And once again, if she's willing to do this in public, what is she capable of in private - with no eyes, nor cell phone video, watching?
  8. It doesn't matter if the child threw a tantrum of WWII size. The mother should act like a responsible, mature adult. Dragging your child through a store is over the top. The woman you describe in Publix? I would have lost my cool and said something. In fact, I know I would have. The last time I witnessed a public fiasco like that was in Kroger in Hiram. And I did say something to the Mother. DING! DING! DING!!!!!! I'd like to put a leash on her and drag her around for a little bit. See how she likes it.
  9. I agree 100%. This was no way for a responsible, mature parent to act. If she'll do this in public, what exactly is she capable of when no one is looking.
  10. I see both sides of this argument as well. In this case, I say, fly your flag man! A promise is a big thing, and I think he should keep flying it. He's a Vet, he's earned the right in my book. Now, why don't people worry over all the other tattered flags I see while driving down the road??? I know when I was in Hiram my son and I would seem them all over the place.
  11. I AGREE!!! Kuddos for all involved.
  12. Fotogirl keeps rocking on the fun/great/sexy photographs! You go girl!!
  13. I hope you hear from him soon. Blessings to you all!
  14. I saw Mr. Moon this morning, right after day break... so pretty!
  15. I'm sorry for your loss.
  16. I hope her recovery will continue! It's a good thing to know that someone was working to balance a wrong with something right and good. Those two women who were leaving helpless, living creatures in the middle of the EW Connector? I hope Fate teaches you your connection to other living things..... simply, horrid what you did. My husband has stopped for animals on the interstate/busy-street before, and helped them - it is possible to do it. I'm sorry she was hurt. Maybe she could have done it differently and not posed a threat to herself. I also know how insane people drive on tha
  17. An official of the school had no business doing that, regardless of what information was housed on her account. Sorry, I think she overstepped her boundries. If her parents don't wish to parent, that is their problem. If the school has rules about what their cheerleaders can and cannot do, they should have other ways of investigating/proving that then invasion of privacy.
  18. It's a slang contraction for "you all" - therefore the proper spelling would be y'all.
  19. Oh, yeah... that's just what Atlanta needs. More homeless!!!! What a dumbass.
  20. I'd say, investigate it some more. If I still lived up there, I'd love to come check it out. Always look to the logical/reasonable/explainable first. Then, you go to the next step of what else could it be?
  21. Oscar is an amazing artist, and a pretty darned wonderful person too. Treasure your pet portrait! I'd love for her to do a few for me in the future.
