  1. Call the Marshalls office. Or, go here (per the Paulding.gov website) to read the Code for Paulding: http://www.municode.com/Resources/ClientCo...10&cid=5463
  2. I would have let Baba Wawa have it. You just don't pick on Paula Dean, for goodness sakes. And Paula handled it so well!!
  3. He is, beyond any doubt, one of the VERY BEST of the very best. Hands down!!!
  4. Good Morning everyone! Hope you have a great Monday.
  5. You got it Psychomom. Keep us updated!
  6. Checking in to read updates Bigun3026. Will continue to keep him, and all of you, in my thoughts and prayers.
  7. Hoping all goes smoothly, and he heals up soon. He'll be getting excellent care there!
  8. Having been involved in Scouts, you and I may have a very different out look on that. First and foremost, he's a young man. PERIOD! And I can tell you this everyone, just because he's an Eagle Scout doesn't make him somehow impervious to doing very human, and yes, stupid things! They are not instantly Superman when they get their Eagle! It doesn't mean that they now have some sort of super-human seal of approval that prevents them from still being people after all. I know many Eagle Scouts personally -- have some in my very own family. And I can assure you it's not prevented quit
  9. We have my son's 13th birthday party today! He actually turns 27 mins after midnight, on the 27th though.
  10. I think that is idiotic. Absolutely moronic. Exactly!!! Now, if someone is a bridge jumper, something that is illegal -- and they climb up on top of a bridge and sail off... and something happens, and they have to be rescued? Yeah, I think that is a case where they should be billed.
  11.  I'm laughing, laughing, laughing about this. Someone alerted me to this topic, and recalled a statement I made long ago about that "crazy chicken" place. Serves them right. Should have never cut down all those oak trees.
  12. ::: fingers crossed for your hubby ::: (Plaquenil, unlike Humira, is very inexpensive.)
  13. How long have you been taking it? I was told that it takes at lest four months to reach the proper dosage within the body. So, could this be a reaction? Yeah, sure, I suppose it could be. Could it not be connected at all? Yep, it certainly could be not related. My advice is to make an appointment with your doctor and express your concerns.
  14. I've been taking it for the last three years. I have Sjogren's Disease. I've had absolutely NO side effects from taking it. I have a yearly eye exam to make sure that I haven't developed a calcium build up on my lens (which is rare, but can happen). It has helped me to a certain degree with my Sjogren's Disease.
  15. I watched Eastwick, and thought it was fun. Not sure if it'll make it in the long term, but I enjoyed it. There's one coming on tonight that I can't remember the name of -- where everyone 'checks out' for 2 mins, around the world, all at the same time. It comes on at 8Pm and we don't get back from karate class until around 8:35pm. Dangit!!! Maybe they'll show episodes online.
  16. Thinking about all of my Paulding friends and family. (((BIG HUGS))) from S. GA.!
  17. :::: waving at her Pcom friends :::: We followed the news all day yesterday. I just can't believe the weather you guys have had!!! We need rain big time down here, but not flooding. How's everyone doing today??? I've tried to check in to see any news on Pcommers and our Biz Members. I read somewhere this morning where the City of Hiram is without power this morning. Don't know if that's true, but that's what I saw.
  18. WOW! I hope they are all safe and sound. I wonder how this happened? I hope that people will understand now the power of water and not enter into any water with their vehicles without a lot of caution. It doesn't take much to float a car.
  19. The City of Hiram has their own water - and I feel sure will be doing major testing of it. You could call City Hall to verify.
  20. I hope everyone is staying safe and sound, and has minimal water issues - if any. I even checked base with the person who bought out house up there. I just can't believe the pictures I've seen!!
  21. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW! We've heard about the flooding here in S. GA., but seeing that picture of Grands really brought it home. Hope all of you guys are safe and sound. Be safe!
  22. I find that a cup of java, and some bluesy Dead Weather, starts my morning off just finnnnnneeeee.
