I'm sorry postman... did some new evidence come to light that proves Zimmerman attacked or assaulted Martin before Martin assaulted Zimmerman? Did not think so. Just as I can not say Martin assaulted Zimmerman first. BUT... right now the indications are that he did. We know for a fact that Zimmerman's wounds came before the shooting. Martin has no other wounds than those to his knuckles that he got while hitting Zimmerman. But I know that means nothing to you as you have already tried and convicted Zimmerman. I just want the truth to come out.

The final tier was tied yo the states unemployment rate. I know that is a fact. If the duration has been lowered they may have already dropped the final tier.

I know the final teir of the unemployment benefitswas designed for states with higher unemployment. I do not know what the numbers are off hand.Georgia was one of the qualifying states. I do not think they will cut your benefits off with the change once you were accepted but the others that are now coming into that teir may not qualify for itt anymore.

I PMd her about paying her bill. Seeing as she has a shutoff date of 5/20 and I am at the station all day Mon. I suggested she bring the bill to the water dept. so I could put the payment in the drop box for Mon. Morning. I really hate to see them without water and a reconnect fee of $50+ is just insult to injury. Anyway, have not heard back from her yet. I did not consider who's name the bill is in. There was a very sweet pretty college girl that worked there. She would come over and eat dinner with us from time to time. She was real big into sorority life at Kennesaw. She was killed right around her graduation by a yahoo I'm a truck racing another truck. She was in the back of her parents car when the Guy crossed the median on Barrett PKWY at Stilesboro hitting them almost head on. I was heartbroken for her parents who worked so hard to raise a fine young lady only to loose her like that just when she was ready to start her own life.

That is station #2. It was my first assignment. 26 working fires my first year. Had a great time there.

I wouldn't make too much of that. THC stays in the system for up to 30 days and he was already on suspension for possesion of marijuana. This is a "well duh" finding. Results 3 hits at a distance of roughly 4 feet. 1 bullet to my jaw. 1 bullet to my partners face right beside his nose and 1 to his back stopped by the vest. Read the post that I made with the copy of the 911 transcripts. I showed and explained in it why all indications are that he was doing exactly as you said he should. Where is the proof that says he was not?

Shooting the little finger was for humor but also used to make a point that if you re able to acurately target a bad guy's arm or leg why not just go and target their little finger since you are THAT good of a shot. i never ANYWHERE said that you said that. And you attitude has more to do with our disagreements than mine thank you. Over and over again Self defense instructors specifically state that shooting to wound is not an acceptable tactic. You shoot to "stop the threat". Centr of mass give the greatest chance for obtaining a "hit" . Anything else is NEVER suggested nor taught.

I do not have to listen to the tape, I read the transcripts. I even posted a copy of the transcripts. I have explained my views as they relate DIRECTLY to what was said in the 911 call. You choose to ignore what I posted. That is not my fault. Go back and read it and then use what I stated and make your case against it. Why should I restate my case for you to just ignore again. and what you sugest happened with your example has zero proof in the 911 call transcripts.

No reasonable adult would ever pull out a gun without the intent to "shoot to stop the threat". That does not mean the arm, leg or little finger. It means 2 rounds center of mass, a brief pause to reasses the situation and another round to the head if needed. that is what is taught and practiced at EVERY self defense school. Any other version is just asking for trouble.
