George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin, murder or self defense?
nschur replied to ihaveadog's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Nowhere in the Bible does it say that you may not defend yourself with "deadly force". The Bible actually tells people to raise arms and go to war (which includes killing people) for a just cause. Remember the Israelites going into Canaan? -

Let's see now... Who is getting the + s and who is getting the - s ? You refuse to see the logic in my question while failing to even post a logical answer to a question. Let's start from scratch... And if I may summarize You feel this ruling could lead to abuses correct? My question to you posed the only "abuse" that I can actually see. That being the fact that someone being strip searched before being placed into the jail was somehow having their rights violated by someone "abusing" the system for strip searching them on a leash law violation. I'm really making a stretch he -

You are either blind or can not read. Go back to my very first post and read the last two sentances. One is a comment the other is a question. The two together work to solicit a response from you as to what your stance / opinion is. But as usual you just do not even bother to read what I post. You have already admitted to that in another topic. Your thoughts are not even worthy of my consideration. And everyone on this board has seen how little you care for actually trying to have an ADULT conversation Roth anyone who dares disagree with you. See that rock in your yard. Go have some fun deba -

Let me put this as bluntly as I can... I asked for YOUR FRACKIN OPINION IN MY VERY FIRST POST #4!!! If you did not want to discuss how YOU FELT about this, then why the FRACK did you bother to post this topic to begin with?!? Are you really this stupid? Do you deny that I ASKED in my very first post? When / where did you first state your opinion, and a link to an article can not be used to state your opinion although you may use it to support it. They are however not the same. Go ahead and answer those 2 questions specifically and then we will carry on with who is not reading -

And the ability to write a comprehensive understandable point of view obviously eludes your ability. Go back and read your opening comments about Citizens United and this being the worst thing that could happen going forward. NO WHERE in your opening comment is there ANY kind of elaboration on your part as to WHY AND HOW COME this ruling is so bad. You just leave us to deduce your opinion from an article. You obviously have never taken a writing class. Effective writing technique generally has three parts. Tell your reader what you are going to tell them. Tell them what you want to tell -

You NEVER stated your point and EVERYONE had to make an assumption. Lets try one on you and see how well you do at this game New Jersey man survives 4-inch nail in heart http://news.yahoo.co...NGI1Zg--;_ylv=3 This guy actually survive a nail to his heart. NOW what's MY point? -

So we are to read an entire article and pick out the point that you are trying to make without actually telling us? Ok... Great Karnac, I can pick out any one of numerous articles and post it here, not state how I feel about it and expect you to get the point by reading something from a third person. Do you realize exactly how stupid that is. ? -

Ladies and Gentleman... It has taken Zoo until the 38th post in her own topic to actually state her point and that point was not even the TITLE of this Topic. That some how the courts did not declare who gets strip searched and where are we going to put those that are and are not. I say we do not strip search the felons and put them in the pod that Zoo has to guard. -

But it does not say WHAT they do with those nor WHERE they keep them now does it. And if you would post your position and stick with it rather than dancing around like a cat on a hot tin roof WE COULD DISCUSS YOUR POSITION rather than us having to always pin you down to where you have absolutely no room to manuver and are forced to actually make your position known. Fine then do not put those prisoners in with general population. But any prisoner that goes into general population will be strip searched. VERY FEW jails in use today allow seperate housing for those who have been strip searched and those who have not. You are the one saying that the strip searching of all inmates going into general population is wrong. Even the SCOTUS made the destinction by saying "that there might be some cases in which strip searches are not justified because they are conducted on prisoners who are not put in with other prisoners." That means they are housed somewhere o -

The topic is about the SCOTUS upholding strip searches. You said you were not talking about the ones in the jails. I want you to answer the following... Who, What When Where and how the strip searches that you are referring to are taking place? -

Let me be specific. A strip search will only take place within the confines of a jail. I have never heard of, nor participated in a stripsearch on the side of the road for ANY reason. Would you please clarify for the rest of us numbskulls exactly Who, What When Where and how the strip searches that you are referring to are taking place? -

And now you are just talking in circles. Again... I want to see you guard a bunch of inmates while unarmed and have them in the same area as the inmates that you want to let into general population without strip searching them first. Have fun with that, cause you sure could not pay me nor most other guards enough to do that. -

Please explain how I took this... Out of context when your provided link http://infowars.net/articles/january2008/090108Luntz.htm Specifically stated Your own article specifically stated there was no evidence that they did but YOU specifically stated that THEY DID. I called you out on it and you lost. Too bad... Sooo Sad. And I have no clue what evidence in the following comment provides towards Luntz hiring a "paid Actor" In fact, the inclusion of repeat attendees in Luntz focus groups is intentional. According to TPM Muckraker, Luntz -

I don't think Zoo comprehends the whole "arrested, booked in and sent to jail concept". It appears she believes that there is a whole seperate jail block for "leash law offenders". Funny... I never saw that pod or the one that let inmates go in without being strip searched for that matter. -

That reminds me of yesterday's Under Cover Boss. The CEO of Roto Rooter went undercover. One task was to answer dispatch. That was an eyeopening experience for him. His inability to provide adequate customer service to the caller and the way his "trainer" responded to it. -

I could agree with that... FOR WEAPONS. I do not believe it would locate other forms of contraband though. Again... How hard would it be for a "drug Mule" to get arrested, bring in drugs and then slip them to another inmate? Pubby, Jail is not supposed to be a place that you want to go. You WILL lose many of your rights and dignity. That IS EXACTLY the way it should be. IT IS PUNISHMENT! Do you guys not understand that part? The folks that go into a "holding area" do not always get searched. They are not technically in the "jail" with the other inmates. They are in a processing area before be -

As per #6... I guess you failed to read your very own link. "While this isn't necessarily evidence that Luntz has used actors or plants in his segments, it "says there's something sloppy at best about his recruitment process, Mark Blumenthal, a veteran of the polling business and founder of Pollster.com, told me. "If you see a respondent show up twice, it's a sign of professional respondents leaking through." " So where was this "paid actor" again? Doooohhh!!!! Man that smarts!! :yahoo:
