I don't disagree with some of what you've said, but there are some differences. Martin may have been a kid heading down the wrong road but he was 17. Zimmerman is 28 and should have stayed in his vehicle and let the police handle it. If Zimmerman had intervened on behalf of someone being attacked, I wouldn't have a problem with him using deadly force if he was being beaten up. However, the dispatcher telling Zimmerman "you don't need to do that" was a way of saying "let the police handle it". Zimmeramn wouldn't have been beaten if he stayed in his vehicle. I don't think Zimmerman shooting of Trayvon Martin was racially motivated. I believe Zimmeramn was a nut case and cop wannabe. However, it seems the response to the shooting is a racial matter. People using words like thug, gang banger, and the like are code for something else, something far more sinister. This clearly could have been avoided had Zimmerman listened to the police dispatcher and let the police handle this. No amount of spin can deny this, and to do otherwise is flat out wrong. NJ, I was making a ridiculous comment about a Braddock sex video. This was in no way, shape, or form an attempt at mudslinging toward Braddock. I figured people would understand it was a joke. However, if I was arrested for the alleged crimes committed by Braddock, I would be unable to get a job as a teacher and suspect many other jobs as well.

As much as I hated 80's fashion, there was some great music. Guns N Roses, U2, Hall and Oates, and Prince just to name a few. Yes, there was some crappy music as well and far to many to list but every generation has great and lousy music. I'm a child of the 80's as well, but I'm a huge Beatles fan and if you listen to Crowded House from the 80's, they were greatly influenced by the fab 4 as well. But I'll be damned if I'm growing a mullet again.

After my audition I went to Sun Studio and that was great. I also went to a local bar that evening and there were half a dozen people who auditioned and didn't get in. They were amazing and if I had lost out to them I would have been fine with it.
