Sorry. I think a lot of these so called "Christians" also dislike Blacks, Muslims, liberals ,and anybody that doesn't look or feel like them and they use the Bible to support their bigotry. I grew up Catholic but soon realized it was a scam, as all religions are. If the religious leaders threaten "doom and gloom" and tell their congregations the end is near, it keeps asses in the seats and is good for church business. Look at scam artists like Joel Osteen living in the lap of luxury, while receiving donations from the poor, hoping for eternal salvation. My wife faces the ravages of Multiple Scl

I would take great pleasure in telling him to take his Bible( book of fairy tales)and stick it up his ass.

Other than an occasional lottery ticket, I don't gamble. The thing that did it for me was going to Atlantic City for a friend's bachelor party. The most striking thing is to see the pawn shop outside the casino. That was the last time I went to a casino.

Wow! Culture and Georgia mentioned in the same sentence. Who figured?

She was absolutely amazing.

I'm watching Women's gymnastics and it's amazing what great athletes these young women are.

As a small child I was labeled a hyperactive child and it was even suggested I was mentally retarded. As a result, I was sent to a child psychologist, who after meeting with me, commented I was "too zeusned smart". Little did teachers or the psychologist know was that my father was an alcoholic who often fought with my mother if he was home at all. As a result, I often had trouble focusing and completing work but when your home life is chaotic, school seems unimportant. This happened in the early 1970's and very little was known about psychological issues. Sometimes there are more issues than

I used to think ADD and ADHD was a bulls**t diagnosis until I had some students truly suffer from it. One student with the medicine was one of my best students when taking his medicine. When he ran out and couldn't afford it he drove the entire class crazy. He was a nice young man and I truly enjoyed teaching him and his medicine was the difference between success and failure. In my exceptional child class, required for all Ga. teachers to take, the instructor cited a statistic, stating 70% of the incarcerated population suffered from untreated ADHD and often self-medicated. I think this medic

If you say so.

Maybe if Cathy choked his chicken a little more, he'd be happier or perhaps he could find a closeted conservative to do it for him.

I disagree with where he donated to.

I'm going to start my own religion and call it Saynotochristianityism. In honor of my religion, I will state that Christianity is a sin. I will seek out wealthy atheists to fund and support my views. How long would someone who supported my views, stay in business? Just wondering?

Cathy is entitled to speak his mind but the 2 million dollars he donated to anti-gay groups, is what I have a problem with. He's entitled to his opinion but I will not patronize his establishment.

We don't have enough Mexican restaurants in Paulding.

My mother had a pinched nerve back in the 1970's. She spent time in traction at the hospital and her doctor put her on pain meds with no relief. Finally, another doctor in the practice recommended a chiropractor. After a couple of months, my mother was better. I also see a chiropractor and the good ones will take x-rays prior to working on you, mine did and had a radiologist read them as well. I found out I had an extra lumbar vertebrae and some disc degeneration in my neck and spine. I go for regular appointments but get far less headaches than I used to. I believe in chiropractors but like a

If you want to compare two individuals in a loving relationship that want a legal commitment insuring their rights to make medical decisions, inherit property, receive survivors benefits, and tax breaks that married couples have to incest and bestiality, I guess you have the right to do that but I think you're dead wrong. Generally, marriage implies a commitment between sentient beings capable of making an informed decision. Clearly Fido is unable to do that, unless a jar of peanut butter is furnished. As for incest, there are genetic reasons for this being illegal, namely mental retardation.

I'm done arguing. It's not worth the time or energy and quite frankly, the aggravation.

Check out this article titled We Are Not Arguing Over Chicken. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/conor-gaughan/chick-fil-a-homophobia_b_1711566.html?utm_hp_ref=fb&src=sp&comm_ref=false

You're that desperate? There is a reason inbreeding is illegal; unless you want birth defects or more crazy right wingers posting on pcom.

You're comparing bestiality to homosexuality. An animal cannot make a decision to have sex with a human but a homosexual can. Please refrain from ingesting more lead paint chips.

I thought I answered it in a previous post. Cathy has a right to say anything he wants but at least in my opinion, when he donated money to anti-gay groups, this went beyond speech.

I took this from the website Find Law. Civil rights" are the rights of individuals to receive equal treatment (and to be free from unfair treatment or "discrimination") in a number of settings -- including education, employment, housing, and more -- and based on certain legally-protected characteristics. Historically, the "Civil Rights Movement" referred to efforts toward achieving true equality for African-Americans in all facets of society, but today the term "civil rights" is also used to describe the advancement of equality for all people regardless of race, sex, age, disability, nati

No. When your dislike spills over into the discrimination of another group denying them their civil rights, it becomes an issue. Dan Cathy is entitled to his opinion but when he donates 1.7 million dollars to groups denying gays civil rights, it becomes a different issue. I guess December 21st is supposed to be the end of the world, according to the Mayans? The Mayans couldn't predict the Spanish coming, I doubt they are right about the end of the world. You have every right to believe in your cult and book of fairy tales but when your cult starts trying to deny others civil rights, you've gon
