The main thing about exercising is to be consistent!! Do not get started doing too much and then get bored of it in 3 months and just stop. Find something that you can manage to do every day (with rest days) I am 31 and have been working out consistently since I was 15. You just have to follow your routine and never quit. I am no big Mr. Olympia type of dude(never wanted to be), but I am happy with my health. I actually feel like crap if I don't work out for a week.

From all that I read there was a robbery. But I did not read anything about shots being fired. Were actual bullets shot at people during this robbery? Hope they enjoy their time in prison for all the money they got to probably purchase a big mac...

Well, I had 2 pitbulls attack my dog in my front yard... I kicked the SH*$*$ out of both of them and broke ones rib cage. So I am not very fond of them, never had any other dogs do that to my dog. I guess everyone has there own experiences, but I never had any other dogs do that, and if they do they are going to get a swift kick in the side of their rib cage too...

Contemplating death in and of itself that crosses my mind when someone near to me passes away. Not in a suicidal way, but the usual "What was the meaning of their life, my life, is everything over or is there truly and after life?" No one will truly ever know until we pass on, no matter what is written in any book or passed down through the generations, but it does hurt to lose someone no matter in what way they passed away. Ummmm... this really caught my eye. "unruly juvenile..." So that is a felony huh? Guess ever single person I knew in high school would have fell under this category at one point or another. Exactly what does this entail to become a felony? Just curious is all. Seems like a grey area.

Hmm... I like to sharpen my knives as a way to relax. I collect nice knives (Buck, benchmade, ontario, spyderco, etc...) and I like to carry them for the day and then sharpen them at the end of the day. I put an edge on them that is mirror polished and you can pluck a hair off of your head and whittle the hair like you would a stick. It's a satisfying feeling to make a knife sharper then a razor.

I wasn't diagnosed with it (I didn't go to the doctor) But I know I had it about 2 weeks ago. It lasted about a week and a half. My son had it too as did my sister in law and her family.

The human species is awesome isn't it.... nobody knows what to believe in a fictitious god so we all go to war to kill everybody over each others version of a made up entity. I remember reading a disturbing article in a magazine once about tourists in Mexico and why not to stray away into the allys. Anyhow, the article describes that Mexico has an unbelievable amount of satinists living in that country and them capturing and sacraficing the american tourists. It was really disturbing. Anyhow, it could be that... I don't think I ever want to visit Mexico with all the drug wars and what is explained above..

I remember I was gonna try to kayak this one time, but I talked to a lot of people and they said all the portages you had to make because of all the fallen trees and debris made it not worth while. I have since sold my kayak. Tell us how it goes.

Hey all, I go by KSU going down chastain every day on my way home from work and there is a guy always standing on the corner of frey and Chastain road right by kennesaw state university holding up poster boards, but I can never make out what they say. what do the posters say? He rides a bike up there and has an unkempt appearance, longish hair, and wears long sleave shirts on 100+ degree days. I am just curious what his story is? I have heard he lives on Acworth beach and rides his bike up there every day, but, of course, this is just what I have heard. Anyone with info care to elabor

First thing to pop into my head was Tanya Roberts in Breast Master, errr.. I mean beast master. Remember the part where she was swimming around in the lake with that servent girl? Ohh.... I love these creepy stories. Keep them coming. I have had something happen to me once when I was younger, around 7 years old. I hate people like that! I have had that happen one time and the cop saw through it all and she got some serious fines and I got paid my insurance money..... I can't believe their are people like that in this world.

I actually love storms, as long as it is just rolling thunder. I don't like it when the storms get violent.... but a nice thunder storm is fine by me. It relaxes me for some reason.

I agree that this guy probably does have some serious mental issues, and that is probably why he is staying at home with his parents. On the other hand I wouldn't be so quick to judge someone living at home with their parents until I heard the full story. Perhaps a person got layed off from their very well paying job due to the economy and had to foreclose on their house and just decided to start all over and move in with their parents to save up some bucks. I don't see a problem with that. Now, if the person never moved out or was never able to hold down a job, then yes something is wrong.

Yup, they get on my nerves too. I ride mountain bikes and what not, but I hate it when the bicyclist get that overblown attitude thinking that they own the road and everything revolves around them and their wanna be armstrong race and everyone else can F-Off. Come on.. and if you are riding in the middle of the road, well you have no sense and I would feel that more people would try to get closer to you on purpose to move you back over to the right side of the road.

Some people really need to be put back into their place though, come on..... these are the people that weren't spanked by their mom or dad when growing up and they think they can get away with everything. You can't just go around calling people what ever you like and expect no repercussions. If you don't like something, just move on.

Yup, the ivy has been bad. But once you make it back there the fish will tear what ever you throw at it cause no one else goes there for the same reason, lol. Go where no people are and you will tear some fish up.

Our house was assessed at $110,000 last year. Now it's $50,000. Sure hope this means my escrow is going to follow proportionally, lol. Anyways, that is about right. Houses around me have been selling at $60,000 max lately.
