I have been to gold mine lake numerous times a year (for the last 9 years) and have explored all of the WMA and have been camping and hunting back there... very neat to find the old moonshine distilleries out there. I just live the life that is given to me. I am always reading trying to gain as much knowledge as possible. The main thing that I have found is to just balance everything out. There is a huge wreck right outside my neighborhood. It is on Dallas Highway between East Paulding Drive and 92. There must have been at least 10 cars from what I have seen.. scattered all about the road. It is completely shut down. The police have it shut down from both ways. I was lucky to be able to sneak in the neighborhood. I started going up a hill in my neighborhood and slid off the road. Parked in a neighbors yard and walked home. Couldn't even walk on the road, literally, there is no way to walk up hill. Had to walk in the grass. I can't believe it got so bad.

I had something yesterday... and it hit me like a freight train when I was driving home from work. I just starting to tell that I was getting sick, like a cold, and then I just felt awful.. none of the coughing, sore throat, or anything, just an awful, headachy, body aches kind of feeling. Ya... odd isn't it... this past summer you could hardly step outside to do anything or you risked frying in the heat. Now you step out side to do anything and your nose will freeze off in about 10 minutes... or at least hurt.. lol

I am a designer at an architectural firm and it sure as hell seems like it is never going to recover... it seems stable, but stable doesn't mean it is good as we are still working 32 hours a week, not 40.Took a 60% paycut, and it looks like there will be no raises for a long time to come. But we are the lucky ones, everyone else was laid off, and many are licensed architects, and they still can't find jobs. Expenses are going up, and pay is going down.. that doesn't work out in the long run.

The best diet that I have ever been on... is a balanced one. Just eat a normal breakfast, lunch, and dinner with no snacks in between is fine. Don't eat until your full and you will be fine, maybe hungry, but you will find that you will live to see another day, and that is all that matters. And if you stay on a balanced diet you will live to see many more days....

Thanks.. not interested though. What I remember about apartments is hearing a lot of love making, cussing, banging on walls, and all other things associated with apartments.. lol. And this was just when I was visiting my friends apartments when I was young.

Thanks for the advice everyone.. I am just trying to be prepared if the worst comes and they sell the house before we get a mod. Because of the foreclosure we obviously will not be able to get a house for years to come. How much does the rent rise year to year, just in case we find a place we really like and would stay for 4-5 years? With children I don't want to be bouncing around all over the place. I would hate for them to lose their friends. I can understand that about pets... especially the smell. But considering I have a house and my dog is 4.. I made sure to put an end to all that
