Ohh I guess in your case the 1st day being on a Friday would probably make it easier. I was thinking the kids would be all crazy again come Monday. Do you think parents won't send their kids because its a Friday? I'd never allow my kids to skip school especially the first day. That lil withdrawl thing is crazy! Our school only asked for a SASE.....a #10 envelope which I don't use (thats the longer type if anyone is wondering)....so I went and bought a bot (.88 cents at Walmart)...filled mine out, put a stamp on it and sent it in......I also sent in the box of envelopes or what was left after I used one.....incase if anyone forgot or didn't have the extra .5 cents.....might just go all out and check with the teacher to see if she needs stamps too. I have mixed feelings about this. I've been told that you shouldn't use the threat of the police as a means to get your child to behave because in some instances it makes them afraid of the police and see them in a negative way versus what they were doing that was wrong. I've never asked an officer to help discipline my child, I'd hate to take away from a more serious situation but if my neighbor, who is a friend and officer, was around and the behavior was beyond serious....that'd be a different story. Not always the case....someone I knew was renting a house. The owner never paid the mortgage and the renter had no idea until they were served with eviction papers. They had 24 hours to vacate the property and the SO didn't care what the circumstances were....I mean I guess theres really not anything they could do anyhow ya know?

See, I thought they did but then I went in a few weeks back and noticed my total was off based on what I calculated with coupons. I just figured I was in a rush and screwed it up. I know when they first opened that they doubled coupons...and tripled a few times.

I was just told today by a neighbor that the FoodLion on 61 no longer doubles coupons. I'd call but haven't gotten the chance...anyone know for sure?

I personally thought putting a Food Lion there would be a nightmare unless they improved the road situation..... I miss the turkey too
