  1. hahahahahaha I dunno, if I find a drink on top of my car, I'm liable to beat the crap out of whoever put it there. I just spent an hour this morning washing & waxing my car haha. I drive an SUV and can see a grown man fitting under it. My husband can't unless its jacked up a tad but he's one of those really big really tough really muscley guys ha.
  2. Sweet. I have to go to Target later. I'd like to know if there is any truth to this as well. Until then, I'll be sure to keep myself..ahem....protected. I pity da fool. Ha!
  3. It started slowly....I'd get one or two calls a day maybe one or two days a week. No biggie but now....I get about 6+ calls a day, EVERY day. I'm about to go postal and disconnect my home phone all together. As I'm typing this I got yet another one, not even 5 minutes from the last one. Darn you Tom Knox robo call...darn you! There should be laws against this stuff. If I wanted to hear/read/know what you had to say, I'd find a way. Quit disturbing me at home ugh!
  4. There's even a term for it! Love it haha
  5. I don't condone any of this or what he's said & done concerning other issues but actor wise, I love him and almost all the movies he has been in.
  6. I figured it must be some sort of family land or family thing. Didn't know if there was a story to it. I've seen him (I think) and wanted to ask but not everyone appreciates strangers asking them weird stuff haha
  7. I've noticed that too...and they mow too. Sometimes there were crops planted in the lot on the side of it. Not sure if its part of that house or not. Awe thats sad, I was wondering about it and wondered if it had anything to do with the house being vacant, or if it belonged to a child (because of the bear)....but I guess not.
  8. I think it would be a shame if it were torn down. I don't know how large it is, but it looks pretty big. You could turn it into something amazing, the location is definately great!
  9. Interesting!! So I guess the state will tear it down? I didn't know they had plans to widen that part of 92.
  10. You know when you see something and you just kind of wonder what happened or whats the deal with it? I'm having one of those moments. Whats the deal with the abandoned church in Hiram near Walmart? That thing has gotten so run down looking! What a shame!! Also, as long as I've lived here I've wondered about the house on the corner of Hiram Sudie and Davis Mill (I think?)....every now and then I see someone there. What about the cross with the teddy bear at that corner on the property (or so it appears) of that house?
  11. I don't know much about the situation other than what I've read here and on her website so I don't dare make any accusations or assumptions but I will say that I'm sure the police aren't unjustly targeting them. About the possible free stuff to do pageants, if they are getting it free the people or company may feel more comfortable with a donation of goods versus a monetary donation. They just might have a dress laying around thats not a popular style or color, who knows. As someone that used to craft, it was easier for me to make something to donate than to put up the money. Just a thought.
  12. My heart aches for this family. http://www.brightstepsforward.org/McKenzie.php
  13. My son went to PKU last year also, I asked around at our local elementary school and many of my friends and other kids parents recommended PKU. Both his teachers were wonderful, the school was always kept clean and well maintained. He learned so much and left there a new person. There were many instances for parents to be involved as well. No matter what Pre-K you decide, be sure to meet with the staff....office staff, lunch staff, teachers (if available) and ask to see the classrooms or a class room (if possible) as well as the kitchen and bathrooms. If I had to do it a gain I would choose PK
  14. Oh but thats half the fun haha
  15. Ohhh going to have to add these I like ShopSavvy, Dildroid...for the funny factor, FartDroid my kids find humerous, FML and Urban Dictionary help me waste time......Accuweather is nice, the kids like Mazeoid....
  16. I agree. She's old enough to make her own choices. She shouldn't be expected to stay all rated PG-13 just because of any kiddie Hannah Montana fans. Its up to us as parents to educate our kids and let them know right from wrong, acceptable from not. Not expect an entertainer to mold to our kids ages and our expectations.
  17. Ohh ok, all that is semi confusing. Thanks!
  18. Ours went down $27,000.....we now owe more on our house than its worth I guess. Booooo! So what does all this mean?
  19. Awe it makes me sad to think anyone could feel like this program is bad. This is to help kids who may not have a meal to go home to or have a very limited amount of food. It's hard to understand how people and kids could go hungry with so many programs available that offer help, but for whatever reasons it does happen. Heck teachers at my sons school would send various food home with different kids because they had very little or nothing to eat. No child should have to go without a full belly.
  20. ahh yes the lovely phone fees!! Maybe I need to check their rates for just DSL. I swear I thought it was the same as having phone & DSL but I could be wrong, heck I probably am
  21. AT&T will allow DSL without phone BUT it is the same price as if you had basic phone. You can actually call the disconnect center, tell them you want to cancel your phone and they will (if you want) change you down to basic phone (no caller id, long distance or call waiting) AND reduce your internet bill by 1/2 just to get you to keep your phone line. Thats what I opted to do.....but damn they pissed me off when they sent me this insane bill....freakin prorated crap. Hmpf.
