Grr I'm annoyed at AT&T but is there really any other options for us? We're stuck in a contract with DirecTV for atleast another year so switching to cable for TV is out. We have a home phone with AT&T and DSL with them currently....we don't really use our home phone for anything, its just there for DSL reasons. Ahhh I think I'm stuck and I HATE being stuck!

I think its pretty important to be in good physical shape considering the work they do. I'm not going to get into details because I am so not in the mood to get jumped on

Yeah these guys have it pretty simple as far as what to do, they get a call, the get the directions, they go to the job and fix whatever it is. The fixing part may or may not be so easy depending on the job but if you have a basic understanding, pay attention during training and actually put in the effort....heck my husband started out doing that stuff. He was just a regular ol' mechanic. Some of these guys just I guess have no will to do better. They do the jobs verrrrrry sllllow so things end up getting backed up or make crazy mistakes for whatever reasons.....very frustrating because I gues

I wish it was as easy as being an issue with the boss but the attitude there is quite pleasant and simple. You get hired, you get trained, you do the job. I think its the hours maybe and the fact that its work...and not simple work like making sandwiches. The pay is definately appropriate, I believe they still get monthly bonuses but that might have changed....they get over time when its their "on call" time....medical insurance....company gas card so they don't have to pay for their own gas to and from work and also while working.....company vehicle.....company phone.... I guess I get to vent about it because I get to hear about it The last 2 guys my husband has hired haven't worked out. I cautioned him on the one guy who had a job but was looking for a better one.....the guy ended up deciding he didn't care for the work and left to go back to what he was doing before.....he did it right though, gave his notice and all but I so warned the husband that would happen. The other guy...well he just up and decided to not show for work on Friday, didn't answer his phone or anything and then went back to the shop on Sunday to drop off his stuff. Hmpf. And so

DirecTV are turds. All i gotta say is go to the BBB site and read the reviews and F- rating Now I can't speak for the others they've screwed but I can tell you what they did to me. They called with a "special offer" because I was a new customer (I had been with them only 3 months at the time). I think that was the mistake...I put Dallas instead of Paulding. Its not new, 2006...crazy how the car gets older yet the taxes get higher haha I kinda of hate that we get taxed when we buy it and then taxed every year. Should be one or the other. What does the Ad Valorem Tax pay for?
