Home Owner Association. Home Owner pays. If not paid a lien will be place on the home and the homeowner will be the one to pay to have it removed. My question is this; If you are a renter in a subdivision, should you have the same access to amenities at a homeowner would? A renter will have less at stake to respect the property owned by the HOA than a homeowner would. I feel they should be treated as a guest of the property owner and only allowed to use the facilities as permitted under the guest guidelines. Yep, I've put some thought into this one. We started making this low carb Chicken Cordon Blue. Take a chicken breast in make a pocket in it. Stuff pocket with swiss cheese and ham. Roll breast in butter and then parm. cheese. Cook uncovered in oven. Yum Yum!!

My Daddy retired a Chief Warrant Officer 4. Very high rank when he retired. Back in the day you were either Aviation or Water (Not the tech. term) He was Aviation. We lived all over the U.S. and he had to serve overseas which was rough. But very do able. He is retired now after 23 years of service and has EXCELLENT benefits, great stories and things he has collected from all over the world. The school in Elizabeth City N.C. was under his command for a while. I have great memories of that base.
