He's always insulted women with brains. Apparently he prefers them to have huge boobs and no brains. And women with anything approaching both don't fit his "model." HIS LOSS!!
-
Ditto lady! I do find it a bit amusing that expressing the opinion that women like her are air-headed optimistic bimbos makes us "soup chickens" though. Really? If I was 400 lbs and didn't have a thought in my head, then maybe that would fit. I'm neither, and I just feel a bit sad for young women who try to buy their way to "fame and fortune" with their looks and their hoohaas. They might make it for a bit (think Anna Nicole Smith), but it's a sad and lonely life once they meet gravity and the next bimbo comes along. I have NO envy. I'm not 25, I'm still hot, AND I hav

Oh cr@p!! Another big storm has popped up. YUCK!! Look at radar. That thing grew out of nowhere. Uhhhm...BATTERY? I have one on my laptop...you don't?
-
The weather alert radio just went off here at my house...
-
Radar shows a small storm about to hit our area. But it's going to be a quick one.

And on your house! I just went out to survey damage in my yard, and an hour later, there is still accumulated hail under trees and plants and such. I took some pictures with my iPhone and texted them to my husband--he's in NC, and this stuff is headed his way. The hail and lightning were scary! SERIOUSLY!
-
She's gorgeous! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, baby!! LOVE the red hair!!
-
Major hail here in Powder Springs. I had a full inch of large hail on top of my hot tub and across my patio. Luckily I got home just in time to take the canopy off the gazebo on the patio. That could have been ugly. The storm was REALLY INTENSE for about 10 minutes, then it moved on. The hail and the lightning were off the chart, but the wind wasn't too bad.

That HONESTLY never crossed my mind. I've never seen a picture of her. So how could I want to look like she does? While I don't doubt she's hot, that really isn't why I posted what I did. I feel sorry for her. If all you have to offer is being "hot" when you're 25, then maybe you should have thought a little ahead. I have no envy of an opportunistic bimbo. I feel sorry for her. But you go ahead and be amused! It's amusing to see you weigh people up like they were so much produce! I wouldn't trade my life for that of a dozen buxom bimbos at the Hefner mansion.
-
You don't. Essentially, it's a big, mosquito-loving PIT set up right there in your yard.

Google spinach and tofu soup. That stuff is AMAZING. It's cheap, easy to make, and delicious! But it's not a "meal." It's more of a starter. But made well? That stuff rocks!

WHAT!?!?! A 25 year-old bride backs out of a wedding to her 85 year-old fiance? HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN? My guess? The prenup she hoped for didn't come through. Hef wanted his plaything, but didn't want her to inherit the empire. Too funny. Women who do the dirty with Hef want only ONE THING: recognition and an easy life. I hope poor little fiance finds it hard to get a job at Starbucks. She's such a transparent scam. Amusing.

I like tofu prepared the right way. **shrug**

The ground should be as level as possible. Otherwise, the weight of the water if the pool isn't level will collapse the side of the pool at the lowest level. I don't own one, but I bought one for my grandson. They set it up but the ground wasn't as level as it could have been, and the pool would collapse on the low side once the water was in it.

Questions about Casey Anthony's defense strategy
TabbyCat replied to baseballmom's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I DVRed today's proceedings and have watched a bit of it tonight. Y'all need to tell me if there's something I really ought to see, because there aren't enough hours in a day for me to work full time and watch all of this. But watching today's proceedings tonight...I wonder...am I the ONLY one who would like to smack the smarmy off Casey's face? And her attorneys...UGH. -
I called both of my grandmothers "Grandma," and that's what mine calls me. Only...he has never said it very clearly. But when he was over a couple of weeks ago, I walked into the room and he said, "Heeeey Grandma!" I melted right there on the spot.

I don't work in construction. I am well-compensated for the work I do, and I can do the work I do because I spent years in school gaining the knowledge needed to do the work I do. I am happy with the arrangement, as are my employers. They don't pay me for more than 40 hours, and I don't work more than 40 hours. Call me a slacker if you see it that way. I'm certain my employers DON'T.

Climate change accelarating - Rifkin asks if we are asleep

Who denied that the climate is changing? -
Why do you assume that everyone wastes time? I don't surf, I don't play solitaire, I don't gab at the water cooler, I don't take "smoke breaks" and I'm lucky to get to the bathroom twice in one workday because I am busy and I am valued for the work I do...are you judging others based on your OWN work ethics?
-
I work as a contract employee. My HUGE CORPORATION employer won't pay me for even ONE MINUTE over 40 hours per week. My clock starts when I arrive at my desk. If it takes me 20 minutes to get into the system, that's all part of my clock time. Perhaps if I was salaried I would handle that differently...but in my situation? Anything I do for you is clock time, including logging in. It is what it is. Have you ever worked contracts? They demand you account for every bit of your time. When I arrive, my time is theirs, and that includes logging in and situating myself.

Questions about Casey Anthony's defense strategy

I know! That's the other thing, right? In 4 years of never-deleted computer search history, the only things EVER deleted from search history were the things that would incriminate Casey. Coincidence? I think not. I just can't get past how she could drive around and party with friends while her baby decayed in the trunk. I can't begin to wrap my head around that. But then again, I have three grown kids. And I would have ripped anyone apart who ever threatened them with any harm. And I might still. I just don't understand. But my guess is that she is lacking in the basic -
I am SO THERE!! I was tired of pretending that I still wore a 10. I hate everything about that. But...I'm happier in clothes that fit. Absolutely!!

It pretty much comes down to what "science" you trust.
