If this wasn't posted on p.com, I'd take this whole damn thread as a pathetic joke. But it is posted on p.com... And it is what it is... SMH

It really isn't all about you. I'm as happy as can be! But thanks for the unnecessary advice!

Has anyone seen the new tv show "Final Witness"

Uhm...is that possible? -
I would prefer having someone drive wood slivers under my toenails than to EVER visit the Hiram Wal Mart. But that's just me.

Love me some Aldi! You can't do your big shopping there--they just don't have the inventory for that. But...if you like to get good stuff at great prices, it's Aldi all the way. My husband found ribeyes there a couple of weeks ago...fresh, and medium thickness. I was skeptical...I don't buy much meat at Aldi...but these were GREAT! I detest Food Depot. Don't post one price on the shelf then charge me more at the checkout! Give me what I'll pay on the label. I always label shop, and Food Depot makes price comparison impossible. At Kroger? I always know what the price per

We watched this week's episode about the girl in NO. I thought it was cheesy. At the end, the show said she and the guy who dismembered her lifeless corpse then boiled it on the stove "completed each other" and we're destined to be together. That if one thing had been different, they would have been together forever. Was that "one thing" the part where he strangled her, cut her into pieces, and boiled her? Or what? -
There's some on my FB.

Our dogs have been banished to the basement, where they are insulated from the sound. It will be a long night for us if it goes on all night. -
If you're pondering purchase, Google John Deere L130 first. Sorry, Subby.

That is so true! Even though I edit for others, I always have a colleague read my important stuff before I make it official, because we all read what we meant and not always what we typed. And OP...I hope you know I wasn't being mean. What matters most is the thought that goes into writing, not the spelling or grammar. The problems happen when the spelling and grammar distract readers from good thought.

Oh...and I completely forgot to mention the BEST part..."proofreading" is typically one word, or, as chance would have it in this thread, hyphenated as "proof-reading."
-
Thanks! I just now saw these responses. I honestly wasn't ignoring the questions.

"Before sending a business-related e-mail, do you make sure there ARE no spelling or grammar-related mistakes? It's funny when I receive e-mails from managers and other higher-ups, and their notes are filled with spelling and grammar-related errors. It makes me lose respect for those people. Before I send any e-mail, I take several minutes to read it over and over to make sure there are no errors in it." Oh, dear Lord help me....this is a grammarian's playground! I agree with you 1,000%!!!! But I've never seen you post a grammar/spelling rant filled with errors!

Under the LAW? Both will be. As it should be. Do you have some genie in every cop car in GA that makes you think they all shouldn't have to respond equally? -

I thought she looked really MANIC is this video, and sadly, no one wants to pay for that cr@p, but I didn't see her exploiting her kids. I also cannot imagine her life, nor do I care to try it on to see what it's like. But I see her trying whatever she can to support her kids short of pimping them out. And so as much as I might find her distasteful, I appreciate that she's protecting her kiddos. No on has to agree with me. And disagreeing with me won't change my perception, either. I'm not at all fond of her choices, but I respect that she'd rather exploit herself than pimp out her ki

She's an idiot who is now living the repercussions of her really, really bad choices. I mean clearly REALLY BAD choices. However... I give her a great deal of credit for NOT pimping out her kids, ala Jon and Kate, the Duggars, etc. Her kids faces are anonymous and unknown to anyone who would say she's all icky and such. And I respect her for respecting her kids' privacy. She's no hero. But she'd rather make herself the spectacle than exploit her children, so hate her or whatever, but I think she's stretched too far (her doing, no question) but using her own infamy to make a few

Hey!! We got our house. It all worked out, and we're happy with it. And moving. Which I hate but accept as a consequence of buying a new place to live. And I love our new place to live.

He' so obviously a murderer, a liar, and a fraud. Why waste all this time churning this through the legal justice system? We should just get a rope and string his sorry lying a$$ up. /sarcasm
