Since they are not bankrupt you can sue the corporation (small claims or civil court) but if the corporation doesn't have any money, what can expect to get from them? Since it is a corporation there in no one individual you can sue.

If the company was an LLC or incorporated and they went bankrupt the chance of getting anything from them is very slim as you can't sue the owner. You will have to get in line with the other creditors! However, if the company was operated by an indivdaul, partnership or as a sole proprietor you may be able go after them. Just my opinion based on an old business law class.

The TV in our spare bedroom (which is at least 15 years old) is hooked up to the rabbit ears that came with the TV and a digital converter box that the government was giving coupons for last year. I get all the channels Starr & Dan Nana gets. The picture is as clear as that on cable or satellite.

I have met Glenn twice, he is just what you see and man who loves his country and does not like the way it is heading.
