You put the things you don't want to freeze in the ice chest.

I don't know if "Bigfoot" exists but I had this experience about 30 years ago. I was riding my motorcycle in the California desert. My son and a friend had wander off from camp and I was looking for them, when I came across some really big foot prints. The prints were in the middle of a motorcycle trail so I wanted to protect them so I could show them to someone else, but I still had to find the kids. There were two people camping about 100 yards away so I had them come over and look at the prints and asked them to them keep anyone else from riding over them. When I got back to our camp the ki -
If you like todays weather you will love the UK. We lived in the UK for a couple of years never got use to the winters. It gets cold and damp in about September and stays that way until the end of March. However, I would go back in a minute. The country is so rich in history. The people are nice and while they have messed with it a bit we speak the same language. I only made one trip down to the Plymouth area, there is a town that has the same name as my last name so we went to see what was there. When I gave my credit card to the inn keeper he did a double take when he saw the name. Then

Since I move here from California I have made the trip 24 times (up to four times in a year). I-40 is by far the shortest and fastest. I-20 to Birmingham then Highway 78 to Jasper, Alabama. There you pick up the four lane that takes you through Tupelo to Memphis. When you get to Memphis take I-240 west to I-55 north accross the Mississippi River and pick up I-40 in West Memphis, Arkansas. Then its straight shot to Amarillo. The main problem with I-20 is that from Dallas (Fort Worth) to Amarillo you have to take Highway 287 and while it is a four lane highway its about 300 miles and p

A broken toe may have saved my life! I stubbed my toe on a chair on a Monday, I limped around until Wednesday when my wife made me go to the doctor. The doctor said there was nothing to do for a broken the and gave me some pain pills. But as I was walking out of the office she asked why I waited two days to come in? I explained that my feet are always numb and I figured the pain would go away soon. She said said your feet are always numb, why? I said I don't know, she said let me do a blood test. Two days later I was in an oncologest's office with a blood desease that if left untreated would h

I caught this little gut trying to get a piece of frozen bread:

I done my share of camping in this type of weather. You know its cold when you put your milk/water/soda/beer in the cooler (without ice) to keep it from freezing.

The "Global Positing System" (GPS) has nothing to do with the fact that you street does not show up on a navigation systems (Garmin, Magellan, etc) map. The system of "Global Position System" satellites only provide a signal that tells the navigation system its position. The map is in the unit, not in the satellite. For more information on the "Global Positing System" see: http://www.gps.gov/

If your insurance is provided by your employer (or union) with you paying only a small portion of the premium cost it is considered a "Cadillac Plan". My son works for Lockheed he pays $16 a week for his "Cadillac Plan". I am retired from Lockheed and I pay $815 a month the same "Cadillic Plan".

How can a bad starter make the car "just quit"? How can a bad battery make a car "just quit"? Once the car is running the battery is not needed as the alternator supplies all the electrical power needed.

Doesn't Official Car with Sirens Blaring have right-of-way

Last week I was going south on 92 in Hiram just before the park, when I heard sirens coming up behind me. I looked in my rear view mirror and saw cars pulling over, which I did too. Then a guy about five cars behind me pulls out of line and passes all us sitting on the side of the road making the ambulance pull into the north bound lane to get around him. He got stopped by the stop light so I pulled up beside him and asked why he didn't stop like everyone else, his response "I don't have too". Its like I have always said "some people think rules are for other people". -
I have worn a beard since I was discharged from the USAF, 1969. It has never held me back from any promotions. I started a company at $3.66 an hour with a beard, retired 32 years later as the company represenative in England making over a mid 6 figure salary and still had the beard.

I tried your recipe, but all I got was warm ham, cheese, pepers, onions, mushrooms and two hard boiled eggs.

I stopped in the Ridge Road Kroger this morning. The whole store just looks dark and dirty, I think its the lack of lighting, narrow isles and the bare floors. It sure makes me apperciate Publix.

Diversity has no place in the military, General Casey should have learned that in basic training. The first thing they do in basic training is shave everyone's head, dress everyone alike, basicly try to make everyone is the same. Race, religon, national origin are not considered, you are there to be molded into a soldier, marine, sailor or airman.

Adding 10 minutes to the school day is simply ridiculous. Lets say the student has five different subjects a day. How much do you think they will actually learn in the extra 2 minutes, per subject?
-
Is a small child standing on the corner selling newspapers (with is dad) worse than a child standing on the corner begging for money or selling krispy kreams for their sports team? Just thought I would ask.
-
I think they should a add the 10 minutes per day and add 3 days to the school year.

I was confused when I read the title! How could someone "pass" and still be able to report it?

Only in Georgia will they stop for a funeral procession. But refuse to stop (or even yield) for an ambulance. How does that make any sense. The person in the hearse can not be helped by getting to the cemetary a few minutes sooner. However, the person in the ambulance (or to whom the ambulance is responding) my be helped if the ambulance arrives sooner. Myself I stop for both!

Even at $1000.00 an ounce, how much gold would a person have in their mouth $100.00 worth?

You also didn't mention the International Air Transport Association (IATA) three (3) letter airport designator for Paulding County Airport is PUJ.
-
Actually the four (4) letter airport designators are assigned by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
