I like the hotel in Buckhead idea...And I am jealous. Yesterday was my 24th Anniversary and hubby slept most of the day and then went to work..Gotta make the $$$$$$$$$$ I did get flowers though.

Even VA has no money down....BUT you have a funding fee. Since we used DH's for a second time...He didn't want to use mine for a reason. Ours was almost 7K...we could have added it to the loan but we didn't want to so we paid it at closing. I did get the owners to pay half of the closing costs and they went 12K lower than the asking price. The house actually VA appraised 10K higer than what I paid for it. So I am happy.

WOW! Good luck. It took me 5 trips Atlanta and 3 offers before I bought my new home. The home inspector suggested that I test the house for radon because we had some cracks in the basement floor and it could leak thru them.

I cant remember for sure...I've met at least 20 or so...Most of them don't post here much. I think it was Scarlett the lady who sold soap. And the last person I met was NC 17. The one that I would never forget meeting is Mark real estate guy. Subby was nice too.

This is more like CANT eat....Cottage cheese...It looks like baby spit up and I will literally gag if I try to eat it. Mayo by itself does the same thing to me..I love it on a sandwich or in salads..Just not by itself.

I remember driving by there when the school was getting ready to open. The road by the school is scary. I'm going to send my boy to school in his Father's Tundra...He can have fun parking it

I actually asked my daughter if she just wanted me to drop her off at school. It was on my way to work anyway. She said no she wanted to ride the bus. No joke she had to get on the bus at 640. She could have slept easy another 30 minutes if I took her. And then she could just ride the bus home.

I gotta add that I don't think kids are embarrassed for parents to come to their bus stop. I was a working parent for the last 3 years. On the days I happened to be home my daughter wanted me to come and meet her at the bus stop. So I did As long as it wasn't raining or snowing

Is it OK for me to be stressed out about my boy driving to school? I think that gives me a right to worry...I wish he just wanted to walk to the bus stop
