If you are talking about me...NO I am serious about 4K a month. DH started his civilian job in July so I was shocked to see how much they are taking out in taxes. He gets paid 2 times a month and it was 2K each time. He is working 12 hours 6 days a week so some of it is overtime and doubletime. You work hard and they tax the ********* out your check. I don't appreciate you trying to say that I'm lying...because I'm not. And I left out what they are taxing his pension money. WOW...Guess I was lucky because at one of my jobs in MD my company paid me more $$$$$ hourly if I didn't use their Health Insurance...BUT I had to prove I was covered already under my DH plan. Wasn't alot of money, $300 bucks give or take a month.

I had to do this in Maryland if I wanted to go on a field trip with my kids. I didn't have anything to hide, but I hate giving out my SSN. DH said they aren't getting his SSN so he never volunteered for a field trip there. Not to mention it was good for 3 years, so the system is flawed...what if you go and do something bad in that time frame, how are they going to know about it????? In Maryland I had to go to the main office and get a badge made. Perhaps that is how they will do it here. Next question, how much extra $$$$ does all of those badges cost and the back ground cks???

I think they put the word AFFORDABLE in for the folks....who couldn't afford health insurance due to preexisting conditions and for the folks who were always denied coverage.

I remember years ago people on this site saying that I wouldn't be able to get mammograms till I was in my 50's. All Obama's fault..Guess what I am still getting them every year in my 40's. I am not going to lose sleep over all of this Obama care. What can I do about it? If something is no longer covered, and I want or need it then I will still get it....Just will pay the $$$$$$$$$ I have the GOVT pushing for me to get my son's and daughter the HPV shot. Guess what? They are not getting it, and the GOVT cant make me have them get it.

That is shocking...You would think Alaska or Hawaii would be more. When I moved down here from Maryland in June...Our car insurance went up. I am always nice to the food service industry...I don't want anyone spitting in my food. But when I go to fastfood place, which isn't very often, I get the burger as it. So I wouldn't even have this issue. Place where they do get on my nerves and I will get a little pissy with them. Target is hit or miss...I like their clothes, cheap and nice for everyday wear around the house. Sizes crazy. I am a size 4 or 6 depending and in Target I am 3 sizes apparently. XS S and M....Just have to try them on................ OH yeah and get their credit card....5% off so then it's almost tax free...............
