I have been going to Taste of Dixie about once a week for months now. I found out about this place via some friends. We love the place, the food, the chef and his Mama. We are not family and I never knew them until we started eating there. They are great people. I don't use recycled bags. I do recycle the plastic bags into plarn (plastic yarn) and I crochet with it.

My 5 month old puppy, Star, had no problems during the Christmas snow, but last night was different. She would run out and do a circle and head back up on the porch. After several attempts I had to bribe her with a pop tart to do her business. This morning my hubby said she just peed on the porch! Not good, but what ya gonna do!

Cobb PD's first 2 dogs, Marco and Breo were my work mates. They were awesome at their job. I don't have any stats to back it up. I worked as a civilian and those gentle giants gave me plenty of love during their rest while their K-9 Officer did their paperwork.

I remember the storm of 93. It was snowed in "by myself" for days. I loved it....until someone from work came and got me. Dang them!

Dang I wasn't even in High School during that snow/ice storm. I'm old. Glad I'm retired and live with an Eagle Scout. Thanks for the advice on charging up the cell phones and then being able to charge them in the car. I didn't think of that!

Billy is a young guy with an old soul!!!! I ain't family, but he treats me like family. We go about once a week and even have our favorite table.

This sticker is called "The Thin Blue Line". Stickers like this and the FOP stickers that people can get when they donate to folks calling saying they are calling from the FOP are a dime a dozen. I've never known an officer to give these stickers out. You can buy them on line or from alot of police equipment stores.
