  1. Unless this is happening to just one customer, this is not a computer problem; it is a website problem. Sounds to me like the website cookies are either expiring before the session is complete or there is an inconsistency in reading the cookie data.
  2. Good advice, something I probably wouldn't have thought about. I suppose you would want to know not only where the septic tank is buried, but also where the drainage field is. (The drainage field layout is apparent late in the summer, particularly if you have bermuda grass, because the grass will be greener and stay green longer over the drainage field.)
  3. I'll be voting for Ron Paul in the primary election as he is the only candidate who I would be comfortable voting for in November
  4. Being a mailman, I see a lot of wasps inside mailboxes. Typically, one wasp gets inside and flies out at me when I open the door. They like to rest on the door handle as well. Thankfully, I've never been stung Other common critters that are attracted to the habitat of a mailbox are lizards, spiders and snakes.
  5. merriam-webster.com/dictionary/tact Definition of TACT 2: a keen sense of what to do or say in order to maintain good relations with others or avoid offense Just sayin'. I hope you made it through the storms safely but if you suffered any damage, I hope you are able to get help and needed supplies.
  6. I e-filed using TaxAct on 1/31 and was told that I would receive the refunds through direct deposit on 2/8. I received my state refund on 2/8 and my federal refund on 2/12.
  7. Same as most other traffic courts. Show up with a attorney and pay the fine to keep the citation off your record. I don't know if an attorney is necessary, but it sure is a lot easier to sit in a chair and let them do the work with the DA. Then you stand in front of the judge, exchange a few words and hand over the cash. If you want to fight a citation, it definitely helps to have an attorney friend or PPL.
  8. Sure Geocaching is an outdoor treasure hunting game. Players try to locate hidden containers, called geocaches, using GPS-enabled devices. http://www.geocaching.com
  9. Wow, thanks! I installed in on my Droid X and it works great. This will be very useful while I'm geocaching and attempting to read the description and/or looking at the compass while trying to find the geocache.
  10. Man, now I'm wishing that I had a box of angel food cake and devil food cake in my pantry.
  11. I have seen many healthy trees that have grown around barbed wire that was wrapped around it as well as trees that have grown through chain-linked fences.
  12. I did an oil change or two at Marotti when they were new P'com business members and offered a special. They are great people and it's like visiting friends. A buddy of mine lives around the corner and always go to Marotti. Closer to my side of town, I typically go to "Pee Wee" at Hiram Masterbend, located on Hwy 92 just North of Hiram-Suide Rd. Very reasonable and honest.
  13. If I remember correctly, the Fred's that was in Dallas closed a few years ago and a haunted house business is at that location now. I also remember there being a stir before Halloween every time that business was mentioned on here because they aren't business members. Is this thread an indirect implication that the haunted house business is closing?
  14. You need to throw away that pamphlet. Laws vary by state, but in Georgia you must have a Weapons Carry License to carry a handgun; whether you carry openly or concealed is your choice. http://www.georgiapacking.org/law.php "Basically, to carry a long gun you do not have to have a license to carry as long as you are not prohibited from owning a firearm. To carry a handgun openly or concealed in the state of Georgia (other than on your property or inside your home, car, or your place of business), you must have a Georgia Weapons Carry License (or the older Georgia Firearm License) issued
  15. I was driving North on Hwy 92 and got there around 8:40 PM. There were several police cars and a firetruck. I saw one car sideways on Hwy 92 on the North side of Dallas Hwy. Police were directing traffic to turn either left or right onto Dallas Hwy as Hwy 92 was blocked.
  16. Nice looking car! I'd love to have one. A few years ago I was interested in driving a small, compact, fuel-efficient vehicle such as the electric Myers Motors NmG or similar gas-powered models.
  17. A found a few quickly with a simple Google Images search DeSantis Nemesis Pocket Holster Ambidextrous Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 380 Nylon Black Something like this Back Pocket Holster is useful for the Ruger LCP as well
  18. The P'com Christmas Cards will be distributed to local businesses (I'd guess those with Commerce Memberships.) Whoever walks into the business can pick up a P'com Christmas Card and hopefully read the text on the backside. If they wish to do their part, they would need to send a message to the Member specified on the Christmas Card and include the special alphanumeric code. The contacted member then comes to this thread and posts their unique alphanumeric code that was given to them to be entered into the drawing.
  19. It's nice to hear of a business that's apparently doing well and expanding. I guess Nationwide Envelope must be doing something right, since National Envelope Corp filed for bankruptcy last year and closed the plant in Austell. [ajc] Demand for envelopes is certainly down and not needed for much mail anymore with so much being done online.
  20. That looks like one of the trucks used in the Pepsi commercial for the Super Bowl a couple years ago... Where's the new location? The store was fairly close to me, just in the opposite direction from what I normally travel.
  21. Hey Postman, to embed a Youtube video, copy the URL from the browser address bar, not the "share" link. I enjoy listening to ZZ Top and enjoyed seeing them in concert with Aerosmith the other year. Every time I hear this song, I think about this video of the cover band Rick K. & The Allnighters performing Sharp Dressed Man. The drummer is Steve Moore.
  22. I receive this bill every year, my mortgage company pays it out of my escrow account. However, when I saw the bill, my first thought was that there had been a discrepancy with the used truck that I bought last month. Could somebody refresh my memory about the "sales tax roll back" that saved me $169.48? (This is in the middle of the bill on the left side, under Local Option Sales Tax Credit Information.)
  23. Yes, it's worth it if you are a responsible human being who respects other people's property. If you cause damage to someone's property or health, you should be able to pay for the repairs and medical expenses. Increasing your insurance coverage (which doesn't really cost a lot unless you are a teenage male) is taking responsibility to ensure that your insurance policy will cover the cost of any altercation that you may end up in and helps to avoid getting sued personally for what the insurance company won't pay. One thing that I love about my insurance company is that I can get quotes onl
