Yes. Here are the laws from the DFCS website.... Georgia’s Guidelines for leaving a child without adult supervision: Children under 8 years old should never be left alone, even for short periods of time. Children between the ages of 9 and 12, based on level of maturity, can be left home alone for brief periods of time. Children 13 and older can generally be left as babysitters, with the exception of children in foster care. It is not recommended, however, that 13 year olds baby sit infants, small children and children that require special attention due to medical conditions.

I thought you were gonna ask when they go trick or treating?
-
If you cant give the baby beer or wine how do you get it to go to sleep when you need to? Atleast it did not say you cant give the thing liquor.
-
I don't either. I was gonna say how much off is the coupon?

Anyone have any experience with spacers for their kid's teeth?
Davis replied to JBrigman's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I am not using a ortho? I use a pediatric dentist called Childresn Dentisty of West Cobb. You should give them a call. They did not have to make an impression of her teeth (I don't think anyway) but I don't know. All I know is she got one yesterday? -

450? Are they nuts? I paid $192 for a tooth pulled, spacer put in, and 3 sealents and the laughing gas. Tell them they have lost their mind. I thought I was going to go insane when they told me my balance. What dentist do you go to? (if you don't mind me asking) -

Funny you should bring this up. I just had to take dd to dentist yesterday for tooth pulled and a spacer put in with additional sealents. She said it did hurt and is still complaing of pain but she said that the spacer got stuck on her mouth so her mouth hurt. I don't know about long term. They told us that her adult tooth would not be in for a year or two so she will have to wear it until then. I think the thing is funky looking. It is just a metal retangle looking thing that food can get on their gum. I guess when her gum heals it will not be a big deal but she cant brush that area yet and t -
We only have 1 and am happy with it. Hubby and I went through a 4 year battle to terminate her bio father rights and for hubby to adopt. We occasionally think of another but I really think 1 is good for us. He looks at her as his own anyway (split with bio at 6 months and she was fatherless until 1.5 years until I met hubby.) Plus the financial burden of another is just something I dont want. I love only having one child. Only drawback is when she has an issue at school the first thing they ask is if she is an only child and I say yes and they say "OH" like that is the answer to all problems..

Yeah. I'm on level 24 and can't believe I have played this long. I ask myself why I still play when I complain it is boring. I also used to play that restraunt game but got bored of it too. It just gets really boring doing the same thing over and over. ETA: Plus I have so much money I don't know what to do with it.

I agree. Neat idea but not my cup of tea. If you want to travel for cheap stay at a hostile (I think they are still around.)

I don't know of any around but on the news today Clark Howard was talking about online grocery shopping. Here is the link: http://www.wsbtv.com/money/20907426/detail.html He said they were a little more than going to the store yourself but if you have the extra cash and the convience is good for you then you should check it out.

If mine was not in the mailbox yesterday does that mean I don't have to pay taxes this year?

I'm sorry but I do not like Kevin Skinner. His story is nice but to me he sounds like bad karoke. I like Grandma Lee.

Does it break it down on the bill? I can't remember? Like does it say what your home value is?

It is a dinner thread. Didn't you read it?

Yep.
