Don't know how far you will drive but years ago I did community service for a woman and childrens homeless shelter in Atlanta. I will try to find the info and post it. I cooked the kids snacks after school and helped with homework and listened to them read me books. I gained a lot from the experience. There may even be a shelter closer than Atlanta. I'll try to find the info but you could goole it too if you wanted. I'm sure you will find something. Here is a list. I don't see the shelter name I volunteered for on the list so they may have closed but there are many to choose from. ht

I'M GOING I'M GOING!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOO!!!!. 3rd year in a row. We have started going b/c hubs b-day is the Jan 5th. I buy the tickets and put in the stocking but tell hubs its for his b-day present. Then I get a gift for his b-day too. I LOVE IT!!!!!

Damn thing leaked so much I got a 600 water bill and shut it down a while ago. Then of course the liner messed up b/c there was no water in it. My neighbor (who really was just trying to help) tore the darn liner 90% out. Then we had all the floods and now the darn foor (made of some sorta sand mixture thing) is all screwed up. The thing is a pain in my butt and I want to fill it in but hubs says lets fix it. So, I need my floor repacked with sand or whatever they use. The whole pool set-up is crazy. First 4 feet of the walls are cement and the bottom is some sorta compacted sand or something.

Last day for me too. But every Wed is lol. Anyhoo, ill hijack. Does anyone know of a local pool man to come look at my pool? Not a business. I would like someone who does it on the side. If not carry on.

I know where your going b/c I'm going to. I CANT WAIT!!!! Oh and we rode Marta a couple years ago to the event and there are soooo many ppl on Marta with children so I think you will be fine. I can't remember where we got on though. I will have to ask hubs.

I saw this on the news yesterday. They said they offered it in Tenn. too for years but nobody has ever signed up. It said they had one person interested but never actually signed the contract. It also said that if anyone is to sign the contract they contact local athorities and let them know the information of the person. It is more of a scare tatic.

Daughter has one in her room. Its a life saver b/c when she wants to watch something on the living room tv and I want to watch something else I tell her to go watch it in her room.

I know someone suggested a rolling pin and that works great but you could also use a heavy frying pan or something similar.

Yeah what they said. I cut mine on the side and pound out a little. You can stuff it with just about anything you want. I use toothpicks to hold mine together but if you do the rolling method You may not need them. I have never tried that but I will next time. Thanks.

Depending on if you have the items or not you could stuff it with some ham and cheese, roll in breadcrumbs and bake. Yummy.

I like that feature too. I can record a show if there are 2 thing I want to see that are on at the same time. I also like how you can pause the shows. I use that option a lot. I don't kow if you can do it with comcast or not b/c we had dish but I LOVE that feature.

Its the poll. It shows how many children have been good/bad for that day and tells them to work harder the next day. I make her press the bad button if she has been bad that day. I think that is a great form of punishment b/c she does not like to push the bad button.
