    Baby Aiden

I don't know the answer to your question but I was in there today and they have a bassinet set up with little baby bottles that you put a donation in. I saw all the ones that were filled with donations in the display case. I would call up there.
  4. Yep. At night when I watch tv I only have tv on and a little lamp (with the energy light in it) on. I like it dark too. I think the family is getting the hang of it. Well, the exception being my daughter. She does not know that a light switch can turn the light OFF too. Really though it irritates the death out of me. She will walk around and turn all the lights on in the rooms she goes to but will not turn them off.
  5. To OP....yes. I saw a bunch of bins at Wal-mart with crayons, pencils....... School starts back Aug. 17th.
  6. Why do you need lights during the day? We don't use lights either during the day. I just open the blinds and use the free light provided by the sun.
  7. I'm the same way. I usually work M-W sometimes Th so I will clean usually on Thurs or Friday. Hubby takes care of the dishes so those usually get put away at night. Sometimes we have a couple straglers that will hang out until the next day. Hubby also does laundry and sometimes he does not stay on top of it. We have been know to go a week and a few days without doing laundry. Then he has to play catch up when we run out of underware. As far as the rest, I take care of it usually Thursday or Friday. So basically, we clean about once a week or if someone is coming over. Guess I'm a slob too.
  8. We had bacon, bisc., eggs and cheese girts.
  9. Both our houses had wallpaper. I HATE wallpaper. We used dif to get it off. Worked fine for us.
  10. I was in yesterday for the first time. The prices are great and I told hubby that is where we will be getting all our meats from now on.
  11. I would not get a liner. We have been here 5 years and going on our 2nd liner. Our pool has a stinking leak somewhere that we can't find so the water goes out really fast and caused our liner to crack. Hubby refuses to buy another liner though. He said he wants to gunite it. I told him he better start playing the lottery. Until then, we just have a swamp. Oh, if anyone needs tadpoles come get some.
  12. Small hijack: At least they are vacant. Meaning at least their is some sort of excuse even if it is unacceptable. I have a LAZY neighbor who rents and I guess they don't think they need to cut their grass. It must be 1 1/2 to 2 feet high. NO JOKE!!! hijack over. Sorry.
  13. The homes WERE NOT forclosures. That is the problem. I just spoke with my mom. She is an agent as said they were crazy too.
  14. MINE WENT UP $33,260.00. They were smoking some good sh%& that day or drunk off their a#@!!! I guess I will be finding out how to appeal. Homes in my neighborhood sold between $115 and $125 last year. And that was after being on the market for 8+ months. There are some for sale now but I think they are down to $129K. They are trying to say my value is $177K YEAH RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would be lucky to get $85K for the darn house. It is ON a busy road. Tell me who in their right mind would pay that?????
  15. I was gonna suggets this one too. Also, Tadpoles on Barret is nice.
  16. Sounds YUMMY!!!! But, like I said in the other post I am stuck at home with the kiddo. I know so many people will enjoy though. Any babysitters out there??????
  17. That sounds soooooo good. I think you should do it again. But, I will have my daughter again like every year. So anyone who goes enjoy and eat some steak for me.
