If the schools start later it counts as a full day and we wont have to make it up?? At least that is what I have always heard.. Just like early release, as long as they go to school until 12:30pm the state considers it a full day.

Dont do it.. Gutter guards are a waste of money. My n-laws spend a arm and leg on them only to end up taking them off, yeah leaves don't fall in them, but pine needles and small things do, then they clog the whole gutter. They are worthless. Carroll county is closed, but not because of snow. They dont come back from Christmas break until Tuesday. All Carroll County School employ's report at 10am. Marshals office has been great help to us. They got the repo-house next to us, to cut the grass. Took them less than a week. They have always been very nice and Johnny on the spot for us. I didn't think there was a noise ordnance unless it was after 10:30 or 11:00pm? We did call the non-emergency number years ago and was told to call after 10:30pm about a loud party that was across the sub and we could hear. The lady on the phone could even hear them.
