Put a thermometer in the sandwich bag and see how cold your current method is keeping the food. 45-45F will keep mayonaise safe.

No good for drinking, but fine for cooking. We found 4 cases of moosehead in the basement when we moved in here with an expiration of like 2010, and are now on the last 12 pack. Works good for shrimp/crab also, and beer batter with self rising flour for onion rings.

Yes, all raw foods, ESPECIALLY chicken should be kept below 39F. However, unless they have absolutely turned rancid and stinky, thorough cooking to above 165F will destroy all aerobic and anerobic bacterium. Modern commercial kitchens have fryers that will NOT let you take out the food too soon, or at least sounding off lots of bells and whistles if you do. I have never been impressed with the Z place, for taste, quality, quantity, or price. I have been twice and won't go back again. Chik Filet however is one of the most efficiently run fast food companies out there. They are

Yes, a Varsity Dog all the way is a wonderful, if not gut wrenching delicacy, especially with rings and a frosted orange. However, we do a pretty mean hot dog steamed in beer [good quality top of the line dogs, and old beer] with beanless chilli, coleslaw and mustard. Lots of onions in the slaw. We had these for dinner last night. Bon Apetite!

Detroit is still very much a proper moniker for the USA auto industry. Ford, GM, and Chrystler/Dodge still have a rather strong pressence there, and with what is sold in the USA The States also regulate and TELL the power companies what to do. North Carolina has a mandate for 10% of the power in the state come from non-traditional sources, including animal manure waste. And it is working. Shoot, out Aura waste of electricity via overhead high voltage lines could power some countries. But that is what is cheapest to install, and the most expensive to maintain. Underground is not effec -
That is just BAD BAD BAD management. You have to cook the damn things until they are done, and they have automatic fryers to do just that. But.............. the poultry company that supplied the chickens will end up taking part of the hit, and that is just wrong.

I am not saying there is no correlation between eating skinks, blue tail or otherwise, or green anoles/chameleons, but I have had outside hunting cats in the meadows and woods for 50 years and have never taken a cat to the vet or buried one from lizzard chomping. Out current kitty, left in our safe keeping when son and DIL moved to california, had never had his feet touch dirt before living with us. He is a VEGAN, will not eat any kind of meat, fish, etc. And we call him a catch and release kitty, although he does kill the prey half the time, but NEVER eats it. Oh, and HE lets the

Ouch!!!! King David may have burned his ass again by pissing off the voters. I can't remember a SPLOST Topic in years past that was 100% against the SPLOST. I hope that Airport does not run over your ass Kind David. It seems that and Boyd's sidewalks are the main anti-issues. You reap what you sow David. Bend over and hope they use some lubricant! -

Yes they should! They are entrusted, and protected, with a virtual monopoly guarranteed by the government, and maintaining the infrastructure is part of that license that protects their monopoly. The Power companies, along with the petroleum companies have gone out of their way and have spent billions to keep potential competitor systems off the market. I still have no understanding why we do not have the EEC TurboDiesel cars here that get 50mpg. Why ? Detroit has them locked out, AND has jacked the price of diesel, which is a byproduct of the refinement process, to now sell for a -
We did RFL up big time back in the day of Jeff Israel [RIP] and Todd Pownall running the event. Many do not realize it now, but Paulding finished in the top 5 counties in the country many times back then, and it was great to see the community come together to do such a fantastic job. Our Church team won most raised for a church several years in a row, and had a full team out on the track all night long, wearing our Angel wings. Those were some good time. I miss old Jeff.

We have been shopping at the Sav A Lot on Austell Road between Cobb Hospital and Marietta. They cut meat on site, and have some dynamite meat specials. We got really thick cut TBones for $5 a pound, boneless pork cutlets for $1.39, etc. And they put a $10 coupon in their flyer for $30 or more.

Is there a Save A Lot in Dallas now on Merchants Walk ?

Cleaned out the chicken bones last week, and made 12 quarts of stock. Perfect for some COLD Vichssiouise! Chopped Giant Leeks, onions and potatoes for what seemed like hours. Cooked them in butter and the chicken stock and then simmered, and ran the boat motor through it thoroughly, to a creamy consistency. Chill well, and serve with a ladle of heavy cream per cup of soup. And some GIANT garlic croutons. A fresh grating of Nutmeg goes well also. That and a salad is a wonderful meal. Doing the beef/pork/lamb bones this week making dark stock, What are Y'all having for Supper

Save A Lot had T-Bones for $5 a pound and boneless pork sirloin chop, random boneless cuts, for $1.39. We stocked up although unfortunately the T-Bone primals were already cut up too thin for my taste. But I picked up a few. Grilled T-Bones and pork cutlets, mushroom gravy over rice, salad, and left over chicken hearts. Mmmmmm Goood. What are y'all having ?

This would classify as a Camp Fire. Including marshmellows.

I may be out in left field on this, but I believe our soft Chattahoochee water does not cause the mineral build up as water in other areas may. We really have very low mineral soft water with very few problems. Some wells may have heavy iron or other concentrations. I am not saying not to change the anode, but I think you will be surprised that it is not as encrusted as you may think it may be.

Texas school calls police for trying to buy lunch with $2 bill

Santa Claus used $2 bills for our Christmas money. Odd ages were rounded up. I assume they are still in use at horse and dog tracks ? -
We have a nice deck area in the back, enclosed with a "Pit" about 10'x10', 4' down, where I think there used to be a kiddy pool. We would like to be able to burn up the yard debris limbs, Privett and other trash trees and shrubs, have a nice fire at the same time, and chase off some bugs. This is legit and OK as long as the fire is in a container of sorts.

AIRPORT HITS A MAJOR SNAG COURT CASES MUST BE HEARD

That's Dudette, Dude. The Austins, and THE FIRM have been stringing this out to milk all the money they could out of this cash cow. I would not be surprised to learn that THE FIRM even raised their billable hourly rate on this type of litigation so they could get at least what the Delta lawyers were getting. Might make them look bad to get whooped up on by somebody and not get as much $$$ out of it as they might have. We never filed any motions to stall on our cases with the David Austin and Jerry Shearin Commissions. They on the other hand filed almost 100 motions over 5 years, all i -

I was pointing out Maxwell's history with Virginia. I know Kirsten, and wish her well. Howard has been a disappointment to me for years. He rubber stamps what the Leadership requests and like Richardson, has never done much of anything for the citizens of Paulding county.. -

Yo! Anyone have some 55 gallon or bigger steel drums to burn in??? We have a bunch of yard debris that we would prefer to burn instead of hauling to the dump. Anyone ?
