I think if the gov hadn't started paying people to have illegitimate babies, they wouldn't have this problem. It's a sore spot with me because I was always a working mother. I Had my insurance from my job & my 6 weeks maternity leave. I didn't have WIC. My husband & I paid for day care which isn't cheap .
