I used to work for an upscale well known retail chain . You would be surprised how many people buy things just to use or wear 1 time . Honestly , we had people buy video cameras , just to use for an occasion . We had people buy dining room sets , just to use for Thanksgiving dinner & return . Big screen TV's , just to have for a Superbowl game , and then return it saying they did not like it . I have been applying for jobs online . And 2 of my references called me to tell me some guy called asking about me from the O’Donnell Group ; their # is 678-325-0008 They were nice enough to look it up & find it is a scam and call to warn me . Just scary how people get your information .

My taxes on my house are $210.00 a month . (so far) Even though my house is worth $50,000.00 less then when I bought it . And I'm making only 1/4 of what I used to make . The taxes always stay the same . No matter how much my house is worth . They find a way to get the money . And I think thats crazy ! So .. if I can't pay these taxes , they will take my house ? I have read that she had taken Ecstasy & been drinking . I guess we will find out if that is true when her autopsy report comes out . That made me think of that Tyler Hadley in Florida who had taken 3 Ecstasy pills & drank before he killed his parents with a hammer & had a party at his house . I have AT&T & I may have lost a job opportunity because of no connection . I applied for a job last Friday morning . Then Friday around 4:15 I went to a store at Crossroads . When I came out at 4:50 , I noticed I had a call . My phone never rang , it did not register the call as an incomming call , but I had a message . I called them back , but it was 4:50 on a Friday . I called them Mon & Tue & left a message , but no reply Checked online , and the call did not even register on my online billing .

As far as HOPE . How many of these Atlanta graduates actually had a 3.0 ? How do we know? I think the teachers fixed their grades too . HOPE is going broke & had to be revamped. These kids had a rude awakening when they got to college & realized they actually had to do some work . So they dropped out after the 1st semester. That was a waste of money So , some honest , hard working seniors here , who did not quite meet the 3.0 because they had honest teachers , didn't have a chance.

Good point on the HOPE . I never thought of that .But I am sure these kids cannot keep their GPA up to keep the HOPE . That really makes me mad to think how many seniors got cheated out of the HOPE because of the cheating scandle . Although Atlanta is the biggest cheating scandal caught , they have the same problem in Washington D.C. , Houston, New York, Baltimore & Chicago . The teachers in Chicago actually gave kids fake tests and filled their tests out , so no erasure marks . Sad thing , is the cheaters get the rewards . Atlanta schools received money from the Gates Foundation.

Try to avoid getting points . I got a ticket a few years ago . It was my first & only ticket so I didnt know what to do . I just went online & paid it . But that made my auto insurance go up for 3 years . This last April was the 3 year since the ticket , but insurance has not gone down . It does not go down until the yearly renewal . I was so nervous to open my bill after reading these posts . I thought it would be double But my bill was only $60 more than last month . Last month was $261 , this bill $318 . Last year it was much higher . Our ac was not working & needed a new motor . Which I did not realize. So it was blowing warm air . Looking at the graph on the bill , the kWh usage was significantly less than last year . Also , there are $20.81 taxes on this bill . Which brought it over $300 .
