She did. I met her when I was driving there. She was an great lady who loved her students and had such a big heart. She will be missed. Cannot wait to see her again one day

I agree that it is a no win situation for the school system. Every family may have a different way they would like to handle it within their home (and even differently with each child in the home no one child is the same).

Endoscopy showed bleeding and they corrected that. :) Hopefully he can start the healing process again. Once again it's day by day.... Thankful for the prayers.

Thank you. Curt wanted me to let you know they are going to do another endoscopy in about an hour to try and locate the bleeding. The prayers are so appreciated. They have been through so much in the past three weeks but the doctor said it again this morning. It is a miracle that he has made it this far with all that his body has been through...

Positive report. Bleeding still doing better and they are increasing feeding amount through feeding tube. Hopefully, this will give him more strength to recover.

Thank you for the prayers. They are truly felt. Yesterday, the bleeding was located again and seems to have been stopped. He did not have to be sent to another location, praise God. I am waiting to hear an update in the next few minutes. You guys are awesome

Once again, Stan did even better than the doctors expected last evening... He is fairly alert today and the internal bleeding has slowed and will hopefully stop soon. Thank you all for the prayers and support. Curt is definately feeling them !!!!! Still a long way to go but we are thankful :D

Had to take Curt's dad back into surgery again tonight. He wanted me to give an update and ask for more prayers for Stan and the family. They have been through so much and it is really taking a toll this evening. Need comfort, strength, and peace. Thank you p.com family

UPDATE First, thank you all for the thoughts and prayers you have lifted up for Curt and his family. The procedure this morning was a success and the location of the internal bleeding seems to be identified and hopefully resolved. Thankfully, this will give Stan the help his body needs to recover from the last two weeks of being so critically ill. You guys are awesome and I know you appreciate Curtis. Johnny is such a gentleman and class act. My daughter and I will forever cherish our smiles and laughs with him just weeks ago hanging out at Paulding Meadows. I love that event but I had missed spending time with JJ soooooo much that I wanted to go more than ever just to visit with him and Debra. We were supposed to get out to dance sometime soon......... I know in my heart that my dear friend will be dancing without a care but he will be missed by everyone who was blessed to know him. You are all in my prayers

I would love to meet some pcommers that I have yet to meet also. Not to mention that I love and miss JJ.... so I will do my best to be there to help him get things started in the morning. I am thankful that our community has this opportunity to come together and support local charities each year

Please also remember that each Paulding voter can vote for each and every board member seat regardless of where the voter resides. These positions are voted for county-wide. The distinction is that 6 of the 7 members have to reside in the district in which they live. Everyone votes

I agree. This matter should be left between the Board of Elections and Mr. Crist. Please keep my name out of it. I have had quite enough ugly politics. ANY voter has the right to challenge ANY candidate's qualification for ANY elected position. Not sure why my name needed to be mentioned twice in the article :mellow:
