  1. No, You do not have Constitutional Rights. I recently witnessed a case where a Paulding Sheriff Deputy lied under oath just to get a conviction. He demanded that all minors at a local subdivision pool take a breathalyzer. Anyone one who refused to take the test was arrested! He came into court and lied. He stated that the individuals had extremely bloodshot eyes ( they were at a chlorine pool), their eyes were twitching, they emanated the odor of alcohol. He even lied about who was in the vehicle when he came upon the scene. The person who was at the pool, who actually possessed the alco

  3. Normally vote Republican, but will not vote for Braddock due to prior criminal history and prior performance on the school board. Most intelligent people can vote their preference based on these facts. Others may choose to be led blindly to the cliff and jump.
  4. Looked today but didn't see them in their normal spot. Has anyone seen the paper guys today????
  5. Funny how in both of her crimes, she received special treatment. Kinda like the Paris Hilton (rich people) justice system. She must be above the law and doesn't have to face the same legal system that we would have to endure if we did the same crime.
  6. Have you called Heritage yet and discussed the situation with them???? You said the caller ID showed up as Atlanta Gas Light. Atlanta Gas Light does not sell propane and would not be calling you. They used a Spoof Call service and made that number show up. Sounds to me that you were on the verge of having your newly filled propane tank stolen and they had a back up story to get you off track when they were unexpectedly confronted by you. The potential thieves could have killed you inside your own house. I would suspect a Heritage employee was in on the scam or someone followed the t
  7. My family went to Tybee Island & Savannah a few weeks ago and took a ghost tour. I researched the tours and found one that had many good reviews. The tour we selected was a walking tour with Blue Orb Tours. The owner of the company, Tobias McGriff, leads most of the tours. He is very knowledgeable and has a notebook full of articles, pictures, etc that he brings along on the tour. There is the Orb "411" Tour that cost only $20 per person and the Midnight Tour which is an 18 year & up tour which is uncensored and edgy that cost $35 per person. We enjoyed the stories Tobias told a

  10. Are you still living at the same address that is on your license???? If not, you have only 60 days to notify the DDS of your new address. One name or address change is free of charge for the duration of the license.
  11. This moron's level of intelligence was exposed in his 1st post. "God thinning the heard" If he had an education above 3rd grade he would know that he should have used the word HERD. He has continued to spell like the moron he is. FORGET ABOUT HIM!!!!!!
  12. I drove for UPS and they too had the no beard policy. "Unprofessional" they said. All mustaches could extend no lower that the top lip, hair couldn't touch the shirt collar. I noted that I saw lawyers, judges, doctors, insurance salesmen, architects, accountants, engineers wearing beards and they were in fields of work that were far more professional than a box delivery guy!!! They still don't allow beards, but have a man for a spokesperson who looks like he's wearing a ladies wig!! Hmmmmm.

  15. I live in Carrington Lakes. Main road leading into neighborhood is a dam. It is under a couple of feet of water. To the right of the dam there is normally a 10 - 15 foot drop off from street level. It is now level with the water above the road meaning the lake has now merged with the creek. Houses down this entire street are surrounding by water. Can't get to the back of the neighborhood, water levels are too deep, don't know how they are doing back there. Boats on trailers are floating away. Cars are submerged. Entire neighborhood is up and trying to help people get out of their homes

  17. When you purchase a car, the dealer will put a drive-out tag on the vehicle with a date on it. If you buy the car on the Sept 1, 2009, they will write in Oct 1, 2009 or if you bought on Oct 1, 2009 they will write in Nov 1, 2009. Guess what? If you bought on Oct 1st and get pulled over on Nov 1st, you will get a ticket for no tag!!!! Seems there are 31 days in 7 of the months and you only have 30 days to buy your tag. Most dealers don't realize that they are overlapping the grace period, but you will if you get to pay a fine!!!
  18. If you have hail damage to your roof then you "really need" your insurance company now. A roof that is over 5 years old will generally have damage in even a moderate hail storm. You may look and think everything is fine, but there can be small cracks & weakened spots within your shingles. You may not have leaks now, but in 4 or 5 years you start to notice water spots all over your ceiling. You remember the hail storm and then call your insurance company. They will gleefully tell you that you only had one year to report the damage, so you will have to pay for any repairs out of your ow

google mapped it and it says that it's only 3/10th of a mile from your hotel. Should take 7 minutes to walk there. My wife & I just got back from Savannah today. We stayed 1 & 1/2 miles from River Street & we walked all the way down, all over the historic district and all the way back. Walking is good for you!!!!!
