Why are there no immediate suspensions / expulsions being handed out to the vandals of East Paulding High School? I pay school tax on several properties in Paulding County and am appalled at the lack of action. Is there safety because they vandalized in a herd? If this was one child that was caught vandalizing, he or she would be punished, not allowed to attend prom, walk in graduation ceremony and have to complete senior year the following year. Last year, when the tornado went through North Georgia (Rossville/Ringgold/Dalton) area, I found debris on my Ellijay cabin lawn. Pieces of insulation and a page from a cook book. Another piece of the puzzle is probation sentencing. Most people are now sentenced to probation for any crime, even traffic tickets if you try to fight the ticket. Seriously, you can pay your ticket in advance and be done with it. If you challenge the ticket, the judge will fine you and tack on 6 months or more of probation that includes having to report in person and pay monthly fees for the service. I think the original question was about Walmart's Family Mobile service. This is not the Straight Talk Plan. With the Family Mobile (service use TMobile network), you pay $45 for the 1st line and $25 for each additional line with a maximum of 5 lines. This includes unlimited calls & text messages. Internet is sold in prepaid amounts so you don't get crazy bills for it. When your prepaid runs out, you just recharge for whatever you want. I talked to someone who worked there for a couple of weeks. The restaurant was using cold water to wash all dishes and cookware. The sink used to wash dishes did not have a stop and would drain out. Actually, in Paulding County, if you are a pedestrian, as an invited guest at a subdivision community pool and you refuse to take a breathalyzer when asked to do so by a sheriff's deputy, you will be arrested for refusing to take the breath test.
