Congratulations!! We just paided off our credit cards, and we are now debt free but for the house! It's a GREAT feeling!

SHUT UP!!!! Ain't they fiqured out what's causing that!?! Well......they are debt free (before they EVER were on TV), they don't live off the government, the children seem well behave and well mannered, and they work together as a family like no other I've ever seen. More power to them. I wouldn't want that many, but I suppose as long as mom's health is good, then whatever makes them happy. I hope that at some point if mom's health starts to suffer, that Dad will step up and say "As the head of this household, enough is enough."

Snork! Seriously, I may have spanked mine once or twice when they were little. That's all it took. A good stern voice and getting down and looking at them on their eye level, making it perfectly clear that such behavior WILL NOT be tolerated in this house, usually did the trick after that. I personally believe it's not such a bad thing if your kids aren't just a little afraid of you, and very afraid to disappoint you.

Keep a box of saltines by your bedside. Eat a few BEFORE you get out of bed. Before your feet ever hit the floor. My doc recommended this and it did seem to help in the mornings. Random factoid of the day: In the 1800's, medical science wasn't what it is today, and people who were merely in a deep coma were often pronounced dead.
