They were already familiar with people when we got them from GardenGirl. We have found that if we sit down, get on the same level as the ducks, they will come closer. The male will come very close if I sit still and quiet. The female is a little more cautious. With time and patience I hope they will become even more comfortable with us. Amd if we have any baby ducks I hope to be able to handle them. Go ahead and make fun of me now..............I have discovered that if I quack at the male, he will return a quack.

I can't thank GardenGirl enough! We are soooo enjoying watching the ducks and they seem so happy to have the run of the lake! The Georgia Market Bulletin ads sometimes have ducks for sale. We just got lucky with GardenGirl having two she wanted to sale.

Mayhap I should submit them for the pet picture contest! They are so happy and cute! They swim together everywhere and are really enjoying having the run of the lake!

My particular employer requires that you see one of their "approved" doctors first and I've already been to a personal doctor. Since this has been a building issue, I don't know who to approach about it. I'm not in a traditional office setting and travel to different location. So I don't know if I should file it with my "home" location??

How does one attempt to file something under workers compensation that is not result of a specific injury but instead is something that has built up over time? Don't want to go into details, but something like carpal tunnel syndrome, or cronic foot pain, or back pain, or knee pain, that is the result of repetative movement or work conditions?
