If you do, I also recommend mixing mustard greens with them. They are a pain to wash (old timers say always put them through 3 washes). You will be amazed that you can get the water with seasonings boiling, and drop the greens in for just a few minutes and start eating them. Homegrown greens are that much more tender.

If what I have heard is true, there will be a lot more people crying the blues. When taxes are filed, if you have not had insurance coverage, what would have been that big "earned income" refund will be hit hard with fees. It's comforting to see the system is working on a way to recover some of the benefits they have been handing out so long. I have known people that got more money back (in the form of earned income) than they even claimed to have earned during the year. It just never seemed quite right to me. If you are making (claiming to make) that little amount of money, year after

Ok, so we had a little rain last night.......

It was 4 inches in my rain gauge. Lake was highest I had seen. Several boats escaped, but none of mine. I was glad to see people quickly picking whatever trash they saw out of the water. -
Well it might turn out to be a multipurpose educational toy.

Weather Channel Documentary on Southern Airways Flight 242

It is even more amazing that not a lot more people on the ground died too. The wings scrubbed ground in several places. Many nearby buildings were sprayed with dirt & debris. The plane was dumping fuel hard over traffic. Many cars, school buses and people were all around the area. It was after school dismissed, so the children were most all gone home. It was a high traffic time of day there. It was amazingly calm at the time for what everyone was going through. It was like they all knew they needed to work fast, and do all they could. Nobody questioned helping, or doing what they could -
Weather Channel Documentary on Southern Airways Flight 242

I liked the way they did the computer created crash. I did not know that it had broken up so badly. Even though I was there, I would not walk down among the scene. I was horrified by people actually picking up "souvenirs" from the scene. I suspected I was expecting at the time and had always been told about "marking a baby", so I did not want to see how bad it was. I did not feel I could be of any help. I stayed out of the way and did what I could, away from the plane. I was across from the now Auto Body Shop. I delivered a healthy baby girl in November, after that. -

Let's hope we don't get black snow. BLECH! The media does fuel this crap. NEWS is a business. If it's not exciting no one watches. I said before, and will say again, everything you hear on our news channels is biased, by how they want people to react. They want people glued to the news, so they can sell more commercials. We get very few actual facts. We all need to use the "in one ear & out the other" approach to what we do hear and believe. This whole story had just happened before I went to Los Cabo. The news there was completely different from what we got here. The headlines -
It is so sad to me, that so many people, are so willing to beat the "race drum". Trash, goodness, kindness, hate & love come in all colors. We will never overcome hatred with more hatred, nor racism with more racism.(to me they are the same thing) There is a hole in the world that only genuine love and respect can heal. When we all can see each other as people, not a color, the world might have a chance to heal. We cannot change the world, but we can change our own hearts, and help to raise our children the right way. I believe a lot of the problems we are seeing are from NO ONE rai

65% of children in the US live in homes receiving Federal Aid

What does this really matter, when people won't work anyway. LOL Entry level jobs are not meant to support families. They are steps to work your way into a better position. Any job is better than no job, but if you want to make better wages, EARN a better job. -

You will be amazed how how good a good, warm, wet washcloth will feel to your scalp. Keeping the scalp clean will help with your hair. Good luck with your healing. . -

I call it government failure. If us, the working, taxpayers all decided to take sit back and live the dependent lifestyle, who then will support us all? Not the rich, as they have better tax breaks, not the poor as they have nothing to contribute, not the government as their money is what they take from us. HAHAHA that reminds me of what I heard a person tell me one time. I don't mind taking government money. It doesn't hurt anyone. I told them: our government does not have money, all their money is taken from taxpayers. They thought I was crazy. -
You cannot get any more messages?? I tried. Also I must apologize for hijacking this thread. I do hope this is a fine judge for the county.

I do not know if he is still there, but if he still owns the property, the signs should still be up. That was about the only justice I got from all of the hell I survived there. Many of you know about the hundreds of animals that died there. How do you feel about nothing being done about it?

I am sorry for your loss. I do not know what area you live, but I know there is a place in downtown Acworth: Dreamland Pet Memorial 678-594-0041. I know nothing more than where they are located, but wanted to let you know.

I also know there are multitudes that received assistance for children that don't even live with them. If there was a way to assure that the assistance given was actually going where it is needed, we could cut the costs by billions of dollars. There is far more fraud than assistance in these programs. It makes it difficult for people, that actually need assistance to get it, because it is a way of life for so many that never intend to provide for themselves. "Assistance" means help when you need it. "Entitlement" means what people believe is owed to them. "Benefits" are what some -
Good luck to him and Paulding County. I would like to believe it would have helped me to be able to stay in Paulding County, to have a judge that had not known (and tolerated) my neighbor all his life. When someone terrorizes the community for decades, he should not be considered harmless. When he shoots (not kill) his best friend, the friend should not have to press charges, the county should. When hundreds of animal abuse charges are placed against a person, they should not just "go away" because no one pushes the issue any more. After swat teams are called to a residence multiple ti

Maybe you should leave a big box addressed to you on your doorstep, with a rattlesnake in it? Or how about a box from a big TV, weighted and coated with tar? LOL

I have a lot of decorations, some pans, glasses, crock-pot and bedspreads & sheets. I'd like to donate some cleaning supplies, paper products, etc. I will be in Hiram tomorrow to see my Mom. If you could meet me, or pick stuff up at her house, please message me with a phone number.

Oh no! Now more riots, looting & violence. There were too many white folk getting good gifts. They had to be profiling.

Just snatch one off another car. LOL I've seen folks drive for months with a cardboard tag. I wouldn't make it out of my driveway before I got stopped. (what is that supposed to mean? Tag applied for?) When I go to get a tag, I get a tag, not an application for a tag.

I do have to tell you......You could have taken them to the Tellus Museum for less than that. -
Air travel is necessary in today's world. Dirt bikes & 4-wheelers are not. Air travel provides jobs & services, necessary goods, vacations, expedite life saving parts, medications, and transportation. Dirt bikes & 4-wheelers....well they DON'T! I have been invaded by way too many asshats on my private property on them. Most of which had coolers, food and other items with them. Not a single one had a TRASHBAG with them though. I asked. They mudded the creek, dusted out the vegetation, basically terrorized me and my property. They felt it was pubic land and they had

Planes fly over and are gone. Dirt bikes & 4-wheelers stay and go round & round and all over, destroying wildlife habitat, causing erosion, silting streams, killing plant life, and causing loud disruption to the area. They also haul people that throw trash and sue when they get hurt doing stupid stunts. There is no comparison.

Ok since you work from home, you need to know about this.....there is a place called Jake's. It is on Hwy 20 from Cartersville to Canton. They run a cute little business from this building. (fruit stand, canning, sit around and talk, kinda place) They got some kind of grant, that put solar panels out front that will run everything in there. Little to no cost to them. It would be well worth the trip out, for a little info, before you consider anything that could or could not be a good thing. Heck if you buy some crafts or honey, sit and talk a spell you might even find out how they got the
