dish network. Ive got comcast and ive never had a problem with them. I also have had dish and direct tv and I will tell you of those two direct tv is the better choice, though both are a pain when it rains. I never have a problem with my cable. On demand is awesome too.

While the juvenile record does have SOME confidentiality under HIPAA law, the actual information is still accessible to the youth, his parent, any law enforcement or government agent to view and would count against the youth being considered a first time offender in the adult system. a record is only SEALED by request of the youth for a motion hearing to seal records in which a judge will decide whether the record can be sealed. Now if the youth has gone 2 years from the final discharge without a single offense, the judge would be required to seal the record at the hearing. B

The problem is that while they were sentenced in Superior Court, under the law they are still juveniles, which means that while none of the protections of the Juvenile Justice system apply (Confidentiality and HIPAA most notably) Juvenile laws still apply to them (Mandatory school attendance) which means that until they are 17 years old they will have to go to school with everyone else. If anything, these kids parents would now be arrested if they DIDNT go to school. Im not saying its right or wrong, im just saying it's the law.
