Donations are awarded a point value based on size of donation. This will determine the number of times you will be entered into the drawing for the TV. There are many charities looking for help this year and we are hoping to build some excitment by making it a game. Thanks to all who are participating!

Married in 2001 I was 27 he was 34. First marriage for both. We are still working at it everyday nine years later!

The drawing will be held at our Community Christmas party (before Christmas so you could use it for a gift).. It is a 19"flat screen, I do not have the brand name (off the top of my head), but it is on display at our office. We are accapting gift cards, toy or food donations. We started getting our dental care at the school @ UAB Birmingham. Root canal & crown $200.00.

READ YOUR POLICY!!!!!! The co-pay is probably NOT the only thing changing. Also, do not be fooled by the co-pay. It may be a bargin, but not so much if the policy has a low lifetime or per diagnosis max. READ the entire thing. Just because the front of the card says $40.00 office visit; that may mean after you satisfy a $6000.00 deductible ( no longer a bargin). Dr. Nicole

There are many ways to manipulate physiology (ie make pain go away), but many just mask the problem. It's like when your oil light comes on in the car. You can cover the light with a piece of tape and the light will not bother you anymore - this is like using ice or medication to cover the pain. You feel better because your brain no longer get the pain signal, but the cause is still there. Or you can explore further, find the cause, and remove the cause. This is like changing the oil - hence the light goes off. Go for the cause! otherwise, it will continue to re occur as you encounter stresses
