Good advice indeed. Years ago, I had unplugged my computers before a storm, but not my network equipment(this was before wireless). Lighting struck a tree in the front yard and it appeared the surge came though the hub and down the ethernet cables to both connected computers. I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see it. Nick

I saw a show a few months ago talking about some of the solar plane designs, pretty neat stuff. They were saying an unmanned airplane could potentially take off and run a patrol style pattern for years at a time without landing. For some reason I've always been fascinated by solar power. It's ashame it's still so expensive for home use. Nick

I definitely don't speak for the school but most of the policy's of the school come directly from the state. I know the financial aid dollars are tied to enrollment, which I'm guessing is why you have to wait. Otherwise you could sign up, get your money and drop classes. I teach part time at CTC and I know it is extremely critical we get the no shows and drops correct as those numbers are tied to the state funding. I constantly have students tell me about how much of a problem the delay is for them though. Hopefully it will work out for your guys. Nick

We joined Brookstone this summer, if you paid before April 15 it was only $345 I believe. Pretty sure after that it went up to $430 or so. It include Swim, Tennis and Discounted Golf. Bonus is they opened the pool early, My wife is taking our daughter this morning.

I've been trying to figure it out for several days now. A few weeks ago I saw several sheriff's cars there. And then a few days later it looked like the garage was being cleaned out. The signs are definitely done by the county and not the homeowner. They are quite large. I spent awhile googling and came up empty. I assume there would be some kind of record at the court house.
