  1. I take all my stuff to the Paulding County recycling center, they don't pay though. http://www.paulding.gov/index.aspx?nid=196
  2. I am, I live just across from Seven Hills.
  3. Cool, I was thinking there were some fruits that had to plant multiple of them for them to produce. I'd prefer 10 bushes But I have no idea where I'd put them.
  4. I have yet to find a viable option for streaming to the wii. The netflix service works great. But I've tried 3 or 4 different setups for tv and other video and wasn't impressed with any of them. Nick
  5. Are blueberries self pollinating or do you have to plant multiple. I'll definitely take a 3 gallon or 2.
  6. Over half my channels said not authorized, I called 404-comcast and had the automated system send a reset signal. Been fine ever since.
  7. Hours is definitely not uncommon, it will vary significantly depending on how bad it's fragmented and the tool your using.
  8. The bottom of the pipe connected here, http://www.inspectapedia.com/plumbing/Water_Heater_Relief_Valve058-DFs.jpg
  9. On mine when I test the pressure relief valve it works as expected but I have a very slow drip that will remain until I shut the water off to the tank and run the water for just a few seconds. It seems that I need to relieve a little pressure in the tank to get it to close back fully. Could be something completely different but worth a shot. Make sure not to run the faucet for long at all with the water supply to the tank shut off or you can have major problems.
  10. Well I am biased here because I am affiliated with the club that puts it on. The ticket prices go to cover the costs of renting the venue and advertising. They are an official non profit and donate any left over funds to charity at the end of every year. That said I agree you can see tons more stuff on the internet, and its free.
  11. I think my favorite feature is the sync. I read on my phone, computer and Kindle. No matter which device I open a book on it's on the same page I left off the last time I was reading the book. My wife has the nook and to be honest I don't really prefer one over the other, they are almost identical in my opinion.
  12. My dad is a big relic hunter. Anyone make it to the show at the Cobb civic center this past weekend?
  13. We've eaten there many times, it's pretty good. I've had better, but definitely had a lot worse. We still go eat there and I do know several people who absolutely love it.
  14. The key with this one appears to be how quickly it was caught. The initial infection basically just opened the door for bigger and badder stuff to sneak in the back door. For everyone who's AV or other security software caught it quickly shouldn't have anything to worry about.
  15. I'd start with trying to run Malwarebytes, or if you have system restore points available using one of them. It seems this can be a little nasty so the system restore would be your fastest and simplest option. http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php Or if you want to bring me I can clean it up for free.
  16. Your definitely still infected. Have you tried Malwarebytes? You will likely have to download it on another computer and copy it over. If you click on Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections Tab -> Lan Settings button, likely you will see that you have a check box in the "Proxy Server" section. Most malware won't allow you to remove it and even if it does it will fix the symptom only, not the problem. Nick
  17. Several years back I got burned by the latest and greatest cell phone. Since then I try to wait at least a year to see how phones do. I just got my Motorolla Droid a few months ago, cost me a whopping $49. I also tend to destroy phones as well so I hate getting nice ones. The X looks pretty amazing though, the efuse time bomb thing is kinda disappointing but as long as you don't mess with the OS it's not an issue.
  18. Best advice? Get a desktop They are much cheaper to buy, repair and tend to last longer. That said, what are your requirements? Basic use, gaming or... Nick
  19. I've got "Simple" billing through Cobb EMC. IIRC my highest payment in 5 years in this house has been $270. We have an electric hot water heater, lots O' computers and thermostat is on 73 degrees 24x7 since we are almost always around the house. During the winter my bills are around $180, if you call them they will analyze your account, I save about $150/year using the simple billing.
  20. If those all came back clean then I would say you can be pretty certain your are clean. If you wanted a 4th opinion I would try either Malwarebytes or or the F-Secure online scanner. http://www.f-secure.com/en_EMEA/security/tools/online-scanner/
  21. For anyone who's machine did not block the attack I'll clean your machine for free if you can wait a day or so and you bring it to me, I'm slammed already for tomorrow. Good work Pubby and company for sorting it out, that can be a nightmare for sure. Nick
  22. Had the exact same thing happen here last summer, he knew the neighbors names and their kids names. Guessing most of it was from starting with one neighbor who had the name on their mailbox and 'social engineering' the rest of the info from other neighbors.
  23. Sadly I was unable to make another meeting, looking forward to trying this place out.
  24. Amazon had a some refurbished Kindles for $109 a few days ago, they were all quickly snatched up though. I have a kindle and my wife has a nook, I don't really have a preference for one over the other they both seem to have about the same features. I'm guessing right before Christmas there will be another slight price drop.
