  3. Yes! It looks like a dump, but I assure you it's delicious! We ate there today based on the comments on this post. The decor was rather dated, but the food was really good. I'm glad it was a place where you order off the menu, instead of a buffet.

  5. I got a new leather holster, and would like to find someone who does leather tooling to stamp some initials and flourishes on it. Does anyone know someone who does this kind of hobby?

  12. I was wondering when the first cabin fever topic would pop up. The roads are still treacherous, so my company has closed the office for tomorrow for the safety of the employees. But, I can't stay inside for more than 30 hours without getting cabin fever. And, we are about out of food, so tomorrow we may have to venture out to the nearest grocery store.

  14. It is the wireless adapter, not the router, that is the problem. I was using a linksys AE1000 network adapter that was connected via USB. It worked fine under Windows 8.0. Now the wireless adapter can't even see the neighbor's network signals. I'd be happy to buy a wireless adapter that IS compatible with Windows 8.1. 15. I just upgraded our newest HP computer from Windows 8.0 to Windows 8.1. Now, the PC cannot connect to our wireless network. After a quick Google search, it looks like there are a multitude of wireless adapters that are not compatible with Windows 8.1. In fact, I would be willing to buy a new adapter, if I could find one that WAS compatible with Windows 8.1. But I haven't so far found any that are. And, to make matters worse, you can't just roll back the 8.1 update. To get back to 8.0, it requires refreshing back to the computer's "new" state, so you lose all the apps (and perhaps p

  19. Do you ride a bicycle? Maybe you have kids with bikes? You might be interested in HB 689, which would provide for making you get a license tag for your bike, and all your kid's bikes, just like you do with your car. You can send your $15 check in for registration on each bike every year, or choose a one time payment option of $48 per bicycle. There are also road regulation rules in this bill. One of the rules is that bike riders may not travel more than 2 abreast, and no more than 4 riders in a group. Groups must maintain a distance of at least 50 feet apart. Try to get your kids
