We took our kids not long ago and it is so sad the loss they had from the flooding. We still enjoyed it but was just shocked at the change. If you do go you should do it on a day that Stone Mountain has the lazer show. It is right next to Stone Mountain. We like to leave Yellow River, pick up some KFC and go picnic on the big lawn and see the free show.

I think that its good it made the news. Maybe it will scare these kids that are out running the streets getting into trouple. If nothing else it made people aware and now everyone can work together by keeping a closer eye on things. As far as saying you should park your car in the garage, thats crazy talk to me. I personally do park mine in the garage but when we have people stay with us or come visit they do not. My driveway is my property as well, and should be able to park my car in it if I would like. I got to say that as a parent I dont like the idea of any child at school having any kind of weapon. What could they possibly need a knife at school for? I do understand how it could get accidently taken to school, but the way kids are so out of control these days I think it best to have a no tolerance on the situation.

I personally dont have any on my car but sometimes see such good ones on others car that I have to snap a picture to share with my friends. Think its the same as clothes, lord knows we see some pretty stupid looking stuff on people but bottom line is they can wear what they like.

I LOVE this guy. Been in his shoes. Hated my job and got really tired of peoples crap so after a couple years I had a great little spat with my boss (Big time WITCH), told them I will not be coming back because of how crapy they are blah blah blah. Was feeling fabulous, until I get to the car and it would not start up. Bummer, think the boss got the last laugh on that one.

My grandmother can get any stain off of ANYTHING. She tells me what to do and I do it, but it just dont work the same. My mom and grandmothers country cooking is always way better than mine.

MY family and I went and we had a great time. It is so nice to still be able to go out and have a good time with out breaking the bank.

I take my girls often and we love it. Take a cooler with drinks and snacks and make a day of it. Monday is by far the best day to go.

There is a water park in Carrolton called Midtown water park. Its a lot smaller than Sun Valley but we have a great time going. They have one large water slide, a great kid/baby section with little slides and stuff, and plenty of swimming room for the older kids. The best part is it will not empty the wallet. They open at noon. The price is $4 for swimming adults, $3 for kids under 17, and babys are $1. You can bring you own coolers and snacks at no extra charge. I think those are so cute. You should go check out one with the thrid row seating though for a good laugh. There is NO cargo room. I think I was in tears when I realised how unpractical it was when my husband and I went out to actually purchase a new vehicle. I had really had my heart set on the Pacifica.
