  8. I am so glad you posted this and glad you found something to give you relief! I suffer from migraines and am willing to try anything herbal before taking an Rx. I am going to check www.vitacost.com, that is where I get most of my supplements.
  9. I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner. West Georgia Technical College has a Dental Hygiene program at their Douglasville campus. This is where I am going to Hygiene school!! You may want to contact them! I will PM you info http://www.westgatech.edu/academics/dentalhygiene/FAQ.htm
  10. If he has to have them cleaned every three months, they won't all be covered by insurance, if he even has insurance. Insurance typically covers cleanings every six months. The dentist I see is in East Cobb, I went to one in Paulding and do not recommend them. PM me if you want my Dr.s info, or the name of the one I would stay far away from!
  11. It is impossible to quote a price since there are different types of cleanings. You said you need it done frequently, do you have a history of perio (gum) issues? How long has it been since your last cleaning? A general cleaning will be less than a scale & root planing, that is a deeper cleaning that usually requires being numb for.
  12. http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/maple-cider-brined-turkey-50400000116730/ I LOVE Cooking Light and get tons of delicious recipes from the mag every month!!
  13. That sounds really good!! One of my sisters & I are cooking the entire Thanksgiving feast for our family this year and are going non-traditional with all of our dishes!! I am SO excited to do something different! I am making a turkey that I will soak in a maple brine and be served with bourbon gravy, sis is making creole stuffing, then we are doing green beans with wine infused mushrooms, garlic & rosemary mashed potatoes, and I am still working on a sweet potato recipe that will be different. I am also making pumpkin cheesecake for dessert and a trifle of some sort (I need someth
  14. I LOVE at&t, too!! I have never had a problem with customer service or cell service. I love my HTC Inspire phone and would chose it over an iPhone any day!!
  15. I live in Dallas and am proud to say I voted for Mr. Tingler!! We need some new leadership in this town, and by someone who isn't stooping to childish accusations to try to smear his opponent's name in the mud. Mr. Austin has to realize it is only making him look less and less desirable to the community he is trying to win over.
  16. I was in San Diego last week and it was over $4/gallon.
  17. I hope you catch the sign thief! I heard a lot of Austin signs got put in yards in the middle of the night, and not by the homeowners who's yard they were placed in. Pretty shady if it's true! I think he may be a little nervous about his opposition
  18. http://www.careerstep.com/medical-coding-billing ETA: I did not do medical billing, I used their medical transcription program until I realized it was NOT what I wanted to do! Overall I was pleased with it with them.
  19. Hyland's teething tablets work wonders, they also have a HUGE line of homeopathic remedies for almost anything. I get mine from Vitacost.com. I use the Calms forte if I can't sleep (they also have a children's version that I tried for my son, he goes down easier but won't stay asleep all night. He is 2 and I am exhausted!) Also, if you give any food to "gnaw on," I would not use a waffle!! They could easily make it soggy and choke on it. I recommend a regular sized carrot, washed or peeled. There is no way it will get soggy and break off in the baby's mouth!
  20. Do you have a copy of Monster of Florence? ETA: I have a box of books that I need to get rid of, do you accept donations?
  21. I delivered 3 of my 4 at Kennestone and also had my hysterectomy there. It was GREAT every time!! I had all c-sections so I had to stay a little longer and never had one complaint.
  22. The very first picture is one of my nieces! Isn't she beautiful!
  23. Be very careful with the magnetic ones. I got them stuck in my sinus cavities when I was 12. I wanted second holes in my ears and my mom got me magnetic earrings as an alternative. I decided to see what I would look like with a nose ring, on BOTH nostrils! She called me for dinner and I quickly took the outside studs off and inhaled at the same time, causing the inside magnets to attach INSIDE of my nose! I tried to remove them and they went further up. I finally had to tell my mom what happened and ended up in the ER with head x-rays. The $5 magnetic earrings ended up costing hundreds in dedu
  24. I was asked to be the Godmother to my best friend's son and I am going to California soon for his Christening to meet him for the first time I have no idea what to get him. I thought about a silver trinket box with his name engraved and a small baby rosary inside. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
