If he has to have them cleaned every three months, they won't all be covered by insurance, if he even has insurance. Insurance typically covers cleanings every six months. The dentist I see is in East Cobb, I went to one in Paulding and do not recommend them. PM me if you want my Dr.s info, or the name of the one I would stay far away from!

It is impossible to quote a price since there are different types of cleanings. You said you need it done frequently, do you have a history of perio (gum) issues? How long has it been since your last cleaning? A general cleaning will be less than a scale & root planing, that is a deeper cleaning that usually requires being numb for.

Be very careful with the magnetic ones. I got them stuck in my sinus cavities when I was 12. I wanted second holes in my ears and my mom got me magnetic earrings as an alternative. I decided to see what I would look like with a nose ring, on BOTH nostrils!
