It is still on the Poole PTA wall!! Thank you again for doing this!! My family had a great time last week on West Ridge night and we are excited to come back for such a GREAT cause!! My kids go to Poole and it was very emotional dropping them off this morning.

Local Honey!!! I am normally a snotty mess when Bradford Pears bloom and I am having NO problems!! I get my honey from Vineyard Farms on Macland in Powder Springs and drink hot tea every day with the honey in it...NO allergy issues!! Hubby's are better, too

If you go with memory foam I HIGHLY recommend Tempur Pedic. We had another brand of memory foam before buying "the real deal" and it was awful. I sleep so well on my Tempur Pedic and have much less back pain and I never toss & turn! Most stores will throw in free pillows if you buy the mattress. I can't sleep on my TP pillow b/c it's too thick for me, but my husband LOVES his! There are several TP models and I suggest you try them all. I was tested for all of those things about a year ago as well. My dr put me on an anti-anxiety medication for the chronic pain and it didn't really help much. She never suggested dietary changes. That is what I hate about doctors, they want to mask symptoms rather than find the cause. I am sure that your sister will be a great resource for you if you decide to go GF. As a gluten free newbie it can be a bit overwhelming, but once you realize how much better you feel, you will wonder why you didn't do it sooner!!

I LOVE the farmers market baskets! I got them for a while and discontinued, but am considering getting them again. My family has eaten gluten-free for the last week and we are AMAZED at the difference in the way we feel already! I just turned 33 a week ago and felt 53...my joints hurt, my hands & feet ached, I always had a dull headache and very frequent migraines, I was always tired, and I was experiencing a lot of stomach upset. In the last week since we have removed the gluten from our diet, I feel GREAT! All of my symptoms are gone and I have lost a few pounds without even trying!

There is a GREAT Adventure Bible that my kids LOVE. It is drawn out like a comic book and goes thru all of the old & new Testament. I don't think you can just look up book, chapter & verse like a traditional Bible, but it might make a good companion to a "regular" Bible. The store next to Ross is ok, but I recommend the one in Douglasville or on Barrett Parkway for a better selection and more help

I HATE to see pregnant women smoking or anyone smoking with kids in the car. I am an EX-smoker and quit during all 4 pregnancies, and gave it up for good in Sept 2010!!
