Girl, you are due a break from all of the car issues! I'm sure it'll be just fine with the new battery. Everyone I know that owns a Ford has never had issues. My hubby's truck is a Ford F-150 with LOTS of miles and it runs just fine. We've had it almost 3 years and all he has had to do is change the oil and he just had to replace brake pads or something. I think it'll run forever!

Paper and plastic grocery bags could soon cost you
nowens98 replied to MillCreek's topic in RECENT TOPICS
How does washing them cause the reusable bags to cost more? You're going to do laundry anyway, realistically they won't take up much space in the washer or use more enery than a load already uses. -
I tried a new recipe my neighbor gave me for tamale pie...there are no tamales in it so I don't know where the name came from! It was good but 2 of the kids didn't like it b/cit was a little spicy.

It's in the Women's Private Forum, I just replied to it! PM Lady Raider for the password, I don't know if I'm allowed to give it out.

Thank you. I keep doubting myself and every encouraging word is helping me so much.

It did help, a lot! Thank you!! You are so right. I am in no hurry to "get 'r done" and if I need math learning support classes, so be it! I definitely don't want to end up lost right at the beginning in classes over my head.

I definitely want to be there!! When I was 17 or 18 I had no idea what I wanted to be when I "grew up"! Thank you! Thanks, I'll look for it.

The COMPASS Placement Test? I am a 31yr old wife and mother of 4 and I will also be a first time college student soon It has been YEARS since I have set foot in a classroom or taken a test. I have the opportunity to start Spring Quarter but I would rather be prepared for the test, even if it means waiting until Fall. If anyone has taken the test can you please tell me what to expect. I am (was) always good at every subject except math so I'm afraid that's the area I'll blow it. TIA, Nicole

They re-made my bridal set after the first CUSTOM set lost 2 diamonds, I had it less than 2 months and lost a diamond out of the "new & improved" one. I guess you're safe buying stuff they don't make. I will say that they are fixing the problem yet again. I just hope they never go out of business so they can keep replacing my diamonds! I hope your son likes his gift.

I hope you're not propping him up on pillows, that is a suffocation hazard.

17th Epcot Flower & Garden Festival at Epcot

We were there in 07 during this and were amazed at the character topiaries and the flowers were breathtaking! -
Way to go, Wyatt!! Can he give Ansley some pointers?! She is 2.5 and has NO interest, she even has a watch that she wears that plays music every 30 minutes so she can try...Hailey & Madison were completely trained at 2. I'm going crazy with 2 in diapers I guess she'll do it when she's ready, not when I am ready!

Congrats! She's beautiful!!

But not everyone wants to pay the added mobile web fees associated with these phones! I pay $15/month for unlimited moble web access b/c I didn't want to pay $30 for the iPhone. I am not on my cell phone internet enough to justify the extra cost...that's just me

CE, If your DD is starting back at SDI, they have $5 shoe bins where people sell their shoes that don't fit anymore, you may want to check there!! There is also a dance wear boutique right there in the studio that sells shoes, leotards, tights, etc...

I have AT&T and have a Samsung Solstice. It's a touch screen with internet capabilities. I got it FREE when I renewed my contract at Best Buy (last week they still had it for free and probably still do!). I love the phone!

It depends on if the teacher requires certain shoes. Most recreational classes can get away with the ones from Payless. My daughter competes and needs $30+ Bloch tap shoes

Good luck with the interview!!

What was your first thought when you opened your eyes today?
nowens98 replied to Baileybleu's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Well, since my hubby has been off all week mt first thought was "maybe HE'LL get up with the baby today"...NOPE, he kept sleeping My second thought was "at least the baby slept ALL NIGHT" (He's almost 1 and the sleep thing is still touch & go...) Third though was "I NEED COFFEE"!! -
WOW!! Good thing I use Aveeno on my baby & toddler! J&J and Equate dry my kids skin out SO bad...maybe it's all of the chemicals?
-
I have AT&T (hubby works for them so I wouldn't feel right having any other carrier) I pay around $80/month but I don't talk on my cell much so I have the least amount of minutes and unlimited text/multimedia messaging and unlimited internet access. I was going to get an iPhone but opted for a different touch screen phone b/c of the added internet fee for the iPhone. It's only $9.99/mo to add an additional line. I always have great coverage!!
