He is my third cousin, and a Lt. Col. in the U.S. Airforce. He had went to Haiti last week as part of an United States Air Force Disaster Preperation team(ironic). He is currently missing and feared dead as he is trapped under one of the hotels in the capital.

conan is awful! anyone who says Conana is doing good, doesnt check the nightly ratings. He has killed the tonight show. They are the worse in Late show history. Letterman couldnt get close to Leno in the ratings (Leno averaged over a million more viewers a night than Letterman, closer to 2 million) and that is why he is getting canned. Leno's show is not doing well, because 10pm is a horrible time to do such a show. However, he pounded Letterman in the ratings and will continue to do so. This last 2 weeks have been brutal warming my plants in the greenhouse. It has ran me roughly $20 a night to keep it warm!! I am so glad for a warm-up!! The palms in the yard that are planted are doing well however. The cold weather makes them wish they were in South Florida, but they are trucking right along and I believe the burn on them will be minimum.. A few of my personal more exotic palms might take a hit, but nothing like the palms in Florida that people have pushed the limit on the past decade or two.
